The sales associate behind the counter, Raj, is great. He’s always helpful, kind, and swift with assisting myself and all customers I see him interact with. He should be a Customer Service Manager, or at least a Trainer.

I’ve had a PO Box here for 2 years and they always put other people’s mail in mine. Every single time I go to check my mail it’s got someone else’s mail in it. Mind blowing. The staff couldn’t care less either. Because of this, I am always worried that my confidential mail might be getting misplaced as well. I would NOT use a PO Box here.It was difficult to change my address in all the places I had it, so that is why I gave them so many chances and didn’t change locations sooner. Save yourself the hassle.

Don't go here! Literally was dropping off Christmas presents and had them in boxes already and like when you do that they aren't supposed to charge you for the boxes. Literally done shipping before with this rule and literally the guy charged me not only for the postage but also my boxes and charged a guy for needing to tape up his box. Was super rude, unhelpful, and clearly looking to make as much money off this as possible

I drove 30 minutes each way to this location to get an FBI fingerprint scan. After an hour in the location to attempt to scan my fingerprints, the employee said "she thought it went through" and charged me $50. I never received any email confirmation and will have to spend another 2 hours to reprocess the fingerprints, or fight for a refund and go to a location even further away. Total waste of time during a workday to get this done.

Tellers were efficient and curious. A short line developed while I was waiting, because both customers being helped had needs requiring a little more attention. Once finished the tellers quickly caught up.

This is going to be long, but to simplify everything they do walk-ins for passports from Tuesday-Thursday 10-11. Just make sure you have everything in hand and you are good to go.I was trying to schedule a passport appointment for both my siblings but they didn’t have anything open until probably October. I saw they did walk-ins but never called the place. I looked what you needed in order to get a passport (they had expired more than 10 years ago, so practically we had to get new ones). We got there an hour before and said they do walk-ins but until 10.It was 10 minutes until 10, and Maria started to help us, she made the process so easy and stress free, she took the pictures and explained everything to us. It took around 30 minutes. She was very nice and patient.Be sure to have:-DS-11 (this is the passport application form)-old passport (if you have it)-birth certificate (and a copy of it, we didn’t even used, the passports work just fine)-ID (and a copy of it)-pictures (Maria was so nice to take the pictures since we didn’t have them in hand)-if there is a minor, a parent has to go in order to sign the form.Hope this helps!

It's been 7 months of trying to get my mail forwarded back to my original address. Went on vacation to a destination and forward for two months only and believe me that I will never forward again in my life.Over the seven months going to the postmaster supervisor approximately six times. I am hoping that this last time to complain about not getting my mail and all the aggravation hope to end it.My recommendation is hold your mail or just fill up your mail box to the brim.

Worst service ever! Supposedly my package was delivered to my mail box which was a HUGE lie!!! I was tracking my package the whole time. I don't understand why it's so hard to deliver something that's seriously 5 minutes away from the postage center. This package was very serious to me, it has my dog's heart medication. She could die thanks to you if she doesn't receive it.

First of all, the wrong phone number is listed on Google. Customer support finally gets me the correct number. I call twice. Listen to the automated voice, it rings and then just beeps like it’s disconnected. Fix your phones!

Went in here to return a package and the lady told me she can’t put 2 pieces of tape on it. She said I would have to pay for an entire roll of packing tape and do it myself, and when I commented about how ridiculous that was (UPS tapes everything up for me for Amazon returns and doesn’t charge a dime for it), she says “we don’t have to do everything for you”. Rudest employee I’ve ever encountered and either that rule is new or made up because I’ve returned opened packages to USPS before without issue. They also told me they can’t print labels and actually suggested I go to the public library to print the label and then bring it back. They refuse to help you with anything. Clearly no one here cares, this place is the worst.

This is the worst post office I have ever worked with. I’ve had two packages mis-delivered in the last week. I’ve had 5 or 6 missed deliveries in the past 5 months and more than I can count in the 6 years I’ve lived here. They respond by saying, “I don’t know…” Apparently, our location doesn’t have a regular carrier. They know this but don’t fix it. Everyone at this location should be fired and replaced with someone who can do the job.

This station of USPS frequently (about 50% of the time) misdelivers our packages to similar, but incorrect addresses in our neighborhood and makes no effort to relocate them. When mailed directly from the post office, our wedding invites took three to four weeks to deliver to people within the state and most never even made it. We frequently have lost mail that never arrives from friends. Frequent frustration with no resolution or customer service from this office is infuriating.

I've had a PO Box in Broomfield for over a year. While I go to other post offices for various business, I am pleasantly surprised at how quickly the clerks in Broomfield manage customers. I would like to echo the kudos for Maria! Her vast knowledge, patience, and kind demeanor are always appreciated! Seeing the negative comments, I can attest these USPS workers deal with some salty customers... it cannot be an easy feat to remain positive and kind. Keep up the great work! It does make a difference .. I typically leave the post office happier than when I arrived! Thank you!
