POOR SERVICE nothing but slow old people working in here and there phone service is even worse can't even call to ask a simple question cus there automated service sucks and when you finely get to be able to talk to someone its like a one houre wait US MAIL service sucks period would give it way less then one star if i could ALSO there is always a delay when I receive packages from them

Unfortunately, I have to frequent this place and I have never seen so many people in one place who work to actively work to avoid doing their job.
There is never less than 3 people in line looking at each other in bewilderment as to how there can be 3 people "working" and doing nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.

The customer service at this post office is horrendous! The employees could care less about their jobs and even less about their customers. I’m ashamed I inadvertently help pay their salaries.

The carriers have lost (or delivered to someone else) my packages four times in a handful of months (status shows delivered, but I did not get it). The problem is that those sending me packages where I’ve purchased goods won’t help at that point because they fulfilled their end of the transaction. So, these mistakes have cost me hundreds of dollars. Not once have they offered to reimburse me.
I’ve had to call their office about related claims I’ve submitted (usually calling them back), and one guy picked up the call while he had a line in front of him in the lobby and then got upset with me because I was distracting him from responding to the person in front of him. I am unsure if the manager makes the team answer calls even if people are in the lobby. Still, it‘s just a recipe for ignoring two customers when instead you could not do that and help those in front of you now and then let the call go to voicemail to be returned and handled kindly later.
I continue to get mail for people who don’t live at my address, too. I mark the letters “Not at this address/return to sender” and return them, which should be enough to stop the mail according to the USPS website, but it doesn’t. Further, after I mark the mail as such, they’ll often just put it back in my mailbox.
I can see other residents leaving other miss-delivered letters and packages in our mailroom. It’s a big problem.
It would be great if Broomfield could correct the carrier delivery issues.

The sales associate behind the counter, Raj, is great. He’s always helpful, kind, and swift with assisting myself and all customers I see him interact with. He should be a Customer Service Manager, or at least a Trainer.

I’ve had a PO Box here for 2 years and they always put other people’s mail in mine. Every single time I go to check my mail it’s got someone else’s mail in it. Mind blowing. The staff couldn’t care less either. Because of this, I am always worried that my confidential mail might be getting misplaced as well. I would NOT use a PO Box here.It was difficult to change my address in all the places I had it, so that is why I gave them so many chances and didn’t change locations sooner. Save yourself the hassle.

Don't go here! Literally was dropping off Christmas presents and had them in boxes already and like when you do that they aren't supposed to charge you for the boxes. Literally done shipping before with this rule and literally the guy charged me not only for the postage but also my boxes and charged a guy for needing to tape up his box. Was super rude, unhelpful, and clearly looking to make as much money off this as possible

I drove 30 minutes each way to this location to get an FBI fingerprint scan. After an hour in the location to attempt to scan my fingerprints, the employee said "she thought it went through" and charged me $50. I never received any email confirmation and will have to spend another 2 hours to reprocess the fingerprints, or fight for a refund and go to a location even further away. Total waste of time during a workday to get this done.

Tellers were efficient and curious. A short line developed while I was waiting, because both customers being helped had needs requiring a little more attention. Once finished the tellers quickly caught up.
