Small local post office, early weekday morning seems to be good time to utilize the counter.
Friendly counter staff, staffing is limited just like any other post offices nowadays. Therefore timing is important in utilize the counter service, otherwise the kiosk might be a good option.
Near the Broomfield government office and other business buildings so midday and afternoon could be a bit busy, as well as tax deadline etc.

I am mailing priority mail (in that packaging) and they won't use their tape to stick the label on. That is horrible. I paid for priority shipping including packaging. Let's just go one extra centimeter and take care of a customer.

Our neighborhood has continual problems with packages being put in the wrong mailbox. Some of the numbers are the same but the streets are different. It's very aggravating and there is no human being to speak with. Just buying things and losing money because they are put in the wrong mailbox.

All three packages in a row I did not get, ebay said they were in a parcel locker, and I've went to check, and there was no key nor the other items. I've gone twice to the post office to see where they sent my packages. It seems like I lost out on money because the carrier couldn't make sure if the package was in the right mailbox. This has made me very stressed because im scacred I got robbed, and the only person to blame is the mail man working carelessly that day.

There's a older middle aged blonde woman that works at the front desk that's rude and looks at you like your d*** and like she hates people. I've never seen her before, I hope she's just temporary or Ill be a Karen next time and ask for a supervisor.

They lost my package on Monday. I went to the office yesterday to check in. No one knew anything and could not give me any information on next steps. They took my information down.I was told they would call me back in the afternoon today to update me on its whereabouts. I had to call around noon and they made me give them the same information again. Told me they would call this afternoon.It’s now almost 6 PM and I have not received a call back. I’ve also called literally 14 times tonight and have not been able to get through to anyone. This is absolutely ridiculous.
