I just got our pup groomed by Suzie for the first time and I couldn’t be more happy! Suzie made our pup so comfortable and did a wonderful job with his more challenging cut! We will be back!!

Sending a very grateful shotout to my groomer for dremeling three dogs yesterday. 1 piddled, 1 screamed and piddled, the other was a very good girl.I can appreciate you enough.

I specifically told them what I wanted for my dog. The lady whose name was Karen said we won’t cut his hair I will let the groomer know. Picked up my dog and shaved all the way and threatened to call some dog service that could call animal control and the said put a sweater on him and don’t take him outside for long periods. Like really you made a mistake and then you say that. It’s freezing outside. My dog is a Minnie golde doodle and is so loved . It’s winter like seriously. No i said I know he has a few mats and that only to cut under him which I said around his private area and chest and face trim and your employee said I will make sure to tell the groomer. Groomer even said I’m sorry we should have called you no one called me to notify me at all. So don’t say he was matted or try to make it look like it wasn’t your fault. The groomer kept apologizing because no one called. My dog is my everything and you don’t do what was asked or even attempt to call .

Love their service! Our dog is a very vocal but not aggressive. He is a big and fluffy dog. Emily is great and understands our German shepherd with his vocal talk.

I go here for cat food (mainly Weruva) and dog food, both cans and dry. The selection and prices are good, especially when looking for dietary-restricted products. I love a locally owned business that I can afford to use regularly. Bonus points for several of the staff knowing me by name.

LOVE this place! I was on vacation and I've been looking for a nice quality jacket for my chihuahua. I've struggled for awhile trying to find something that was warm enough, but also small enough to fit my tiny fur baby. Everyone was so helpful and I ended up finding the perfect jacket! Next time I am in CO I will definitely go back to find more goodies.

I have been passing this store and I wanted to see what the store was about and see what the store had for toys and dog food. The gal that was working not friendly there was no welcome in or let me know if have any questions. When I came we said hello no response. Walking around I seen 2 bath tubs so I walk back there the girl that was at the cash register came back to where I was said do you need something? You don’t belong back here then slam the door. That was the only response we got from her. I was really disappointed. I have Been trying to go to that store for weeks. I Finally made time to go there it was a very sad experience.

I took my dog to Westminster Hills and promptly looked for a nearby self-service wash after she had too good of a time splashing in the muddy creek. I was happy to find Urban Dogg was only a 7 min drive away. It was super clean and for my dog who hates baths, she didn't struggle once she was in the tub- i credit that to the nice tie-ins and the deep tub that made her feel safe (those details make such a difference). I appreciated that the nozzles had different pressure levels (you'd be surprised how many places I've come across that only have one aggressive spray setting). The shampoos and conditioners are sulfate free, which they tell you about and warn you it won't sud like you might be used to. The towels were clean and we were able to finish the trip with one of the antler treats we purchased by the register. This will be my go-to spot for after park baths when I'm in Westminster!

The groomers at Urban Dogg always do such an amazing job with my pup Rosie! She definitely needs some extra loving and attention due to her anxiety and they take such care to make sure she is comfortable and happy. And she always looks so cute! I also bring her for baths with their self wash which is affordable and has everything you need. Highly recommend!
