They weren't able to fully diagnosis the weird vibrating issue my Mazda CX-9 experiences intermittently when shifting in and out of a specific gear, but at least I now know it's not a mechanical issue I need to address immediately, or throw lots of money at a problem that might not easily go away. The car mechanic simply recommended I continue driving it until the problem becomes more pronounced and identifiable. They didn't charge me for their diagnostics which took several hours, or try to charge me for additional services and unneeded repairs. Very honest and trustworthy company, and highly recommended. I'll definitely be taking my vehicles there for future repairs.”
