I have boarded 3 dogs at Training Wheels over many years. Jamie and her team take great care of the dogs while they are there. The accommodations are comfortable and all of my dogs have loved play time in the huge outside yards. We recently started using Jamie for behavior training as well. She is an expert when it comes to training. I would recommend her highly - especially with special needs or challenging dogs. Training Wheels deserves 6 stars!!

Obsessed with Training Wheels! Great property set up for dogs, amazing structure and organization. They’re detail oriented which is what my dog and I both need. I can only imagine the training the owner/staff have gone through to understand dog behavior and body language the way they do. They’re the only place I trust with my dog who’s anxious and at times reactive. So grateful for TW! ♥️

Jamie is an excellent positive reinforcement R+ trainer. She has years of experience and has already helped me and my at times nervous and reactive dog a lot in just a few sessions. She is specialized working with dogs that have all kinds of different challenges in their lifes. Including reactivity and aggression. I highly recommend Jamie and Training Wheels.

When I first met Jamie and her team at Training Wheels, my dog Rusty was terrified of both dogs and people and would run away from everyone. He now readily runs up to meet everyone at Training Wheels and our vet's hospital, and is eager but cautious when meeting new people. Training Wheels carries my strongest recommendation.

I have been taking my 50 lb German Shepard Mix rescue to Jamie at Training Wheels for the past few months to deal with her fear-based aggression. She is the second trainer I have gone to and is 100% better than my previous one...she really understands my dogs issues and fear-based aggression in general. She is patient, friendly and gives us helpful homework to work on in between sessions. My pup has improved a lot in a fairly short amount of time.

Great team and huge facility! Jamie and team do a great job with our shy pup and having this option for him has been a real life saver. Having a team you can trust is worth so much to us and we cannot say thank you enough.

We have two dogs that are very difficult to board, they dislike strangers and other dogs very much. Training Wheels has been unbelievably awesome handling our dogs and we'll always take them here.

There's not enough words to describe how thankful we are for Jamie and her team! We have two large dogs (Huck and Archie), one that is slightly dog reactive, and another that has a bite history with humans, and both are generally a bit skittish around new people/places. So needless to say finding a place where we feel comfortable boarding them has been challenging.Training Wheels goes above and beyond with the level of care they provide. We board them ~5 times/year and every time they remember all their little quirks. For example, they get really nervous having their harnesses taken off and having the training leashes put on, so Jamie adjusted their routine so they can keep their leashes on to make the transfer process less stressful. Another time Archie got sick on his last day there. Jamie was gone when we picked him up, but she went out of her way to call the next day to check on him and see how he was doing.I could do on and on. Truly Training Wheels and their services have changed our lives and the lives of our dogs. We appreciate everything they do so much. Plus they send pictures of the dogs when they're not too busy :)

Jamie was patient and informative. She helped us understand what our rescue pittie needed from us. We accomplished a lot on a short time. Her methods are gentle and effective. Highly recommended!

Excellent facility with amazing play yards and a team who really cares for each dog. Also really easy to book online services and responsive to any questions I’ve had. We've been boarding our very anxious ridgeback with Training Wheels for close to a year and are very pleased with the play yards, attention to each dog (especially sensitive guys like our Roscoe), and how easy the staff is to work with. It’s nearly impossible to find anywhere to board Roscoe because of his temperament, but the team was so kind and understanding of his needs. He has a rough past and is generally doesn’t trust anyone except me and my husband, but a couple of trainers have gained his trust and I never worry about leaving him there. I recommend Training Wheels for any dog that needs to be boarded, but especially for sensitive or anxious dogs. They’ve been a life saver for us.

We cannot thank the team at Training Wheels enough! Oscar, our mini dachshund, has struggled with reactivity around dogs and people. Training Wheels has slowly introduced him to being comfortable and having fun in a small group of dogs. Their skilled trainers have been amazing at showing him all of the positive praise while he is learning. Yesterday I was able to take Oscar (with little sis Olive in tow!) to the dog park for the first time and he had a blast. Training Wheels gave both Oscar and I the confidence to try without fear knowing we had the tools to make it fun and how to realize if it was not. Yay for Oscar and yay for the team at Training Wheels!

My dog and I love Training Wheels! They are so thoughtful and intentional with my sensitive dog, and I have learned SO MUCH about how to help my dog. Plus - it's all positive reinforcement, which makes me feel good about my relationship with my dog. Highly recommended!

Jamie and her staff are amazing!!! They have worked with my very fearful dog for almost 2 years! They are kind, patient and communicative about how my dog interacts with other dogs at the facility. This is the only place I trust my dog with after trying several other daycare and boarding facilities. I am confident she is always in good hands!
