Stopped by here to see what’s new and I only asked for a certain piece and the guy who’s working told me, it’s probably expensive. As a previous customer I don’t want to hear that remark “it’s probably expensive” because I know the prices and the value of gemstones) precious or semi precious. I suppose to buy one piece but I opted to not buy. No thanks for that kind of response and the way he handled and answered a customer who’s only asking because they are curious.

Poor quality, too soft and they easily bend. I purchased earrings at 3pm and by 9pm I could not remove the hoops from my ears. They broke at the hinge when I finally removed them. I do not recommend.

Another great experience today and for the last 15 years! I have shopped many many jewelry stores and when I found simply sterling I felt like I discovered a hidden treasure box of exotic gemstones and tons of variety!! I can buy for the men( Dad, brother, son) or women(Mom, wife, sister, daughter) in my family no matter what age and for friends, co-workers and so on. The Manager is on point, knowledgeable, up front, helpful in finding the perfect gift. The prices always surprise me! Not a 5 time mark up like all the other jewelry stores (I've already compared) and that makes me feel like I can trust them!! Integrity is one word to describe this store. Customer for life!!!

Phenomenal customer service, excellent variety to choose from including men's and women's jewelry. Prices are very fair given the high quality of the pieces. My wife and I have been purchasing here for almost 10 years without issue or complaint. We highly recommend this establishment.

Horrible store. We bought my daughter a locket here for Christmas. She wore it one time and the hinge broke, and the thing that connected it to the chain broke. The sales associate was extremely rude and refused to look at it or refund it. Instead she called security so she didn't have to listen to our complaint. The stuff is trash. Do not shop here.
