This is a long one.
I used to be very satisfied with Sill-TerHar until now. I had brought my vehicle in for service since 2022 without issue and no major concerns. Fast forward a couple years and I get into a car accident, contact the Sill-TerHar body shop, and send my car in. I'd like to point out that Ted and Angelica were extremely patient and helpful with my issues. However, after having the car in the shop for approximately 3 weeks I return to pick the car up and take it home. Once home I review the receipt and work done. Out of the body work, paint, and polishing only the body work was passable. The paint looked like they went over dirt, oil, and other grime, there were paint runs, and the wheel that they charged me to buff looked the exact same. I also discovered a new scratch longer than 3 inches on the rear drivers side. So I calmly call the shop again and ask for it to be reviewed and corrected. Take it back in and it's gone for another 3 weeks. I had rescheduled a service appointment twice by this time. They were kind enough to take it to the service for a 40K mile service and continue working on it. Great. Get the usual from service about how they recommend this and that (brakes and tire rotation.) Decline since I can do brakes myself and another location has free tire rotations. Fast forward a week and I finally get my car back. Not perfect but night and day from when I first picked it up. I drive home and a new engine light pops up. Great. Get it back in the shop and they charge just about $230 to diagnose a blown fuse that somehow never appeared for the month and a half it was in their possession. They also recommended new brakes but now they suggest two new tires and an alignment. Weird because I'd only had the car for a week at that point and put maybe 100 miles on it. After all of this I will not be giving Sill-TerHar any of my business INCLUDING while I'm currently on the market for a new vehicle and was speaking with one of their sales employees to set up time to review a few options. To say I'm irritated at this point is an understatement.

They wanted $288 for an oil change when the online booking system estimated $122. I don’t understand the $166 in extra fees. I get the dealership markup but that is insane and not transparent pricing whatsoever. Waste of time.

Horrible service guy at the parts desk couldn’t find one simple o ring just because it wasn’t on the diagram. Doesn’t know how to do his job!

The amount of respect, kindness, and patience this team has is phenomenal. I've had my Volvo serviced here since we moved to Colorado in 2020 and every experience has been OUTSTANDING. The service staff is always friendly, (Keith & Abby) and the mechanic himself (Andrew) will come out and drive with us if the car is making a sound that we have trouble describing. Both times the mechanic was able to know exactly what the sound was in a matter of minutes. I absolutely love these guys and love the outstanding customer experience they provide me, treating me as if I'm an old friend. I highly recommend!!

My Volvo was towed to this place last year since the battery died. Got a new battery, and less than a year later, the battery is dead again. Upon calling, I was told to bring the car, and they'd look at it. Kinda difficult if the battery is dead. And they wouldn't have a loaner car until mid-June (more than 2 weeks from now). This car dealer is more than 1 hour away from where I live.
Zero help.
Never had a problem with the battery until it died the first time.

From the first visit when I drove the XC60 Recharge, to the day I bought it, this experience has been great. Eric Kimberlin, my sales person, is very knowledgeable about his product. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and with patience. He never put pressure on me about anything and believe me I pushed Eric and the dealership for certain things that were important to me and Eric was congenial, professional and kind at all times. The best part was the demo of the car after I bought it. He spent a lot of time with me covering things I would have had to go the owners manual to learn. I highly recommend working with Eric. Steve Power the finance manager was also very proficient and accommodating. And Nicole, the sales manager was terrific as well. All-in-all this team is on its toes. Thanks Sill-Terhar!

Archie, Eric, Nicole and Steven were amazing helps to us when buying our XC40 today. Having recently moved to the country, we knew we were a bit of a trickier situation but they always made us feel at ease, the process was really simple considering our situation and efficient and meant we drove away with our new car (and a bottle of wine!) that afternoon. Thank you all for your help!

Just purchased a CPO car here, first but definitely not our last Volvo. Eric helped us throughout the process at every step, has been super responsive and accommodated our changing requirements (started with xc40 momentum, ended up with xc60 rdesign). What's most impressive is how he worked around our terrible availability (9month old kid) and managed to get us from a test drive to a new car in just a few days.

They used to be ok but have lost their interpersonal and business skills. During my last maintenance check, they forgot to perform one task and then didn't honor the car wash. Do not sell your vehicle to them for a fair price. They low-ball to the level of car dealer detritus. I will not be using them going forward and am encouraging others to look elsewhere...(like in another state)!

I worked with Austin Edwards over the weekend for a new vehicle and he was amazing, thorough, and walked us through all of the new tech in the car and made sure that we understood it. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Volvo!

I purchased a Volvo V60 and just wanted to give a shout out to my salesperson Eric Kimberlin - super pleasant and very helpful. This was the easiest auto transaction I've ever had - and I've had a lot! I especially appreciated Eric's patience with walking me through all of the features and details of the car. Sill-Terhar is a bit out of the way for me but I think it's worth the trip for future service and purchases. Highly Recommended.

We bought a xc60 from Clay today. We had an excellent experience, he wasn’t pushy and answered all of our questions. A very easy car buying experience even though we weren’t planning on buying a new car when we walked in! He is a great modern car salesman and the staff were wonderful. I wish my previous car buying experiences were more like today.
