Worsts custom services ever. I bought my truck here and I'll never bring it back. Showed up at 5:03 and the guy behind the desk said sorry we stopped taking oil changes at 5 our parts department is closed. I could literally see people in the parts department. I asked him to check if everyone has left or if anyone else knows how to take a filter off a shelf and he said we stop taking at 5, even though the quick lane is open till 6. Seemed like he was stoned and didn't want to move from his desk.

Terrible service after you buy a car. Will not return phone calls, and has not done any recall repairs to my vehicle.

Will definitely be returning for any future car purchases! My husband and I are looking at different mid-sized trucks and Sill-TerHar made the test-drive the easiest most amazing experience ever! Took us a total of about an hour from walking in to finish everything we were looking for and the salesmen were not pushy or rude like we have experienced at many other dealerships. Highly recommend!

The Fast Lane service is invaluable. I was taking a trip in a day, and my brakes needed to be replaced. Recent trips in the mountains glazed them. Dealer couldn’t get me in quick enough. Grateful I had the Fast Kane alternative. The service they provide is professional and customer oriented. Got on the road early the next day.Thanks! ?????

Sil Ter Her Motors appears to intentionally discriminate against African Americans. Our experiences was that they were discriminatory, disrespectful and dishonorable. In a recorded conversation, the Vice President, Greg Larson hung up in our face after stating he "felt triggered." Totally unacceptable. They failed to timely handle a Care By Volvo subscription return and had to be called multiple times to do what their fiduciary responsibility is. We gave an opportunity for them to address Greg's abhorrent behavior & this horrendous experience and they failed to call back. Tried the owner and didn't hear back from him. Our experiences shows that their leadership is rude, unprofessional, and uncivilized.

Just ordered a Ford Maverick. Or rather, I've spoken for one they had build sheet on. Just happened to be the color I wanted and had the packages I wanted. I came in as your average phone lead. I made an appointment with Gio, but he was delayed with other customers. Kaid was able to jump in and handle the rest of my deal. I was at the dealer for a total of 20 minutes. ?I have prior experience working in Ford sales/finance/management and I can say with certainty that STH is very likely the top FLM dealer in Colorado. Extremely professional but also friendly and patient. Their service department is also stellar. I serviced several vehicles there over the years and have yet to purchase one from STH, but I can say I'm looking forward to it!If the GSM reads these, please pass on my thanks to your salesmen as they are top notch. Looking forward to closing this deal when it gets in. ?

My experience at Sill-TerHar was excellent primarily due to the diligence, energy, professionalism, and responsiveness of my sales rep. I ordered a BRONCO in August of 2021 and the supply chain disruptions the auto industry, including Ford, experienced are well known. My rep helped shepherd me through configuration changes as ‘21 rolled into ‘22, and then into ‘23. When speed and urgency were required to keep my place “in line” he ensured my updates were submitted quickly and correctly. Moreover, he was extremely responsive to texts, e-Mails, and phone calls when I had questions or concerns. In fact, I would say that the support I received from the rep was unprecedented in any new auto purchase process I have experienced. Finally, the business transaction was friendly and efficient. I never experienced a hint of pressure: alternatives for financing and after-market options were presented clearly, discussed thoroughly, and the business manager tailored recommendations to my intended use of my BRONCO.

My family has purchased cars here for years. The sales team is straight to the point, with no obnoxious haggling. They sell cars and are seemingly honest. Not only that, I have taken my vehicle here regularly for service. Their service department is top notch. Although, I live closer to another Ford Dealership, I will always travel here for the best service.

Go here if you like poor customer service. We stopped in to look at the new CX-90. After 15 minutes of walking around and browsing the inventory we decided to leave as no one acknowledged or even said hi. Maybe the Mazda dealership in Aurora will be better at customer service.

I had a great experience at the Mazda section. I was able to get a perfect and beautiful Mercedes Benz c300 for an incredible price. These vehicles are rare to come by at this dealership. The car is STUNNING and in top condition. Thank you to my extremely professional salesman Homer who made the whole experience seamless and less stressful. He really made this purchase one of a kind.

First time I’ve ever left a dealership & NOT felt cheated or swindled. They were awesome! Steven Powers was our dealer for a new Bronco & it took a long time to get because of Ford backlogs, but Steven always kept us in the loop as to the status. He was great at explaining everything, and I would highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a new Ford!

STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Absolute worst place to do business. Horrible Communication.Horrible Customer Service. Horrible Order Entry. Horrible Follow-up with Customers.Zero (0) star rating! Had to leave a 1 because the system will not accept review with 0 stars.My example is based on an Order placed Nov 15, 2021, for a 2022 vehicle. Order was supposed to get converted to a 2023 due to supply chain issues. Instead, the order was overwritten with someone else's order in September 2022. After 9 months of repeatedly reaching out to the dealership and salesman was finally told 9 months later that the vehicle Ford Motor Company and I were tracking as mine - was not. It wasn't until I walked in the door 605 days after the original order was placed, that I was informed that they had made a mistake, and that the vehicle was not going to get built in 2023. After all that all they offered was "I'm sorry"!

If I could give more stars I would!We had been looking for a Toyota Sequoia for 2 months. Had a bad experience at another dealership with a bad trans on the Sequoia, lost out on a few others... all that to say we've been looking and working with dealers and private sellers and have worked with all kinds of people in the last 8 weeks.Sill-TerHar and Omar were AMAZING.First of all, was our salesman Omar. Omar was kind and low-pressure, friendly. Obviously wanting to make a sale but also very personable and understanding. Omar was very patient - I brought in two small kids to do the deal. Lastly - because of our schedule, Omar drove the car to us, allowed us to have it looked at by a second hand mechanic, and waited with us until it was complete. We live 50 minutes away! What service!Secondly, the dealership itself... Lots of dealerships have weird rules that make things impersonal, Sill-TerHar just felt like good old fashioned sales. Everyone I met was kind to me, my husband and children - and they seemed proud to work there.Lastly the pricing. They allowed me to counter offer, and I feel like I got an incredible price on our Sequoia. Better than even maybe a private sale. Wow. Very happy. Will come back!
