This dealership had a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. I contacted them and was connected with Ashton. I live about five hours away, so he communicated with me via text and email. Ashton provided some initial information about the vehicle. However, when I expressed further interest and wanted to take the next step, he seemed completely uninterested in working with me. Communication was poor; getting him to answer questions required persistent prodding and sometimes took days.
When I inquired about getting a value on a trade-in, it took Ashton three days (and more than one reminder from me) to respond. When he finally did, he simply said, "We noticed such and such. What were you hoping to get out of it?" This seemed an odd response since I was expecting a trade-in offer from him. I politely responded with a detailed message answering his question and giving him my expectations (backed up by an offer from another dealership). Ashton did not respond, and I never heard from him or the dealership again.
I have since purchased a similar vehicle from another dealership, where I received a solid price and a trade-in offer that was close to what I had asked from Sill-TerHar.
It amazes me that I stood there, ready to buy, and yet this car dealership refused to take my money. The lack of communication and unprofessionalism I experienced with Ashton was hard to believe. I felt like I was communicating with a teenage girl. Perhaps Sill-TerHar isn't interested in out-of-state buyers, but Ashton made it very clear that he had no interest in selling a vehicle to me. If there was some reason they didn't want to work with me, the courteous and professional approach would have been to communicate that reason instead of ghosting me like a thirteen-year-old girl. Thanks, Ashton—at least you didn't fit the stereotype of a pushy car salesman; you didn't want my business at all!

Terrible customer service as our new Bronco Raptor that had warranty work done took 9 weeks for a cam phaser fix that should take 3-4 days. Did not return messages promptly, fake promised completion dates and did not offer a loaner car until 8 weeks in when we demanded one for our planned vacation. They kept promising every Monday it would be ready but always an excuse why it wasn’t. We understand delays and waiting on parts but come on 2 months!! For being a service manager, Jake, certainly didn’t show much empathy and leadership. I have read other bad reviews and wonder why things haven’t changed. I suggest Ford put their money into training managers on good customer service and understand what bad word of mouth can do for their reputation.

We were given the VIP treatment. Purchased 2 Lincolns from this location. Dealership staff overall was very friendly, professional and respectful. Whenever I need to purchase my next Lincoln, I will definitely be returning to Sill-TerHar Motors/Lincoln

Sill-TerHar was recommended to me, and I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I received. I had an appointment scheduled two days ago, dropped my car off the night before, rented a car for 2 days (not cheap) , and they hadn't even looked at my car by mid-morning today. No 60k mile service, no diagnostic of my car's software to see if I need an update, and no repair to the backup camera (which is the main reason I brought my car in to be serviced).
On top of all that, everyone kept passing my on to a different advisor because they were "off" the next day. I've never received a call from anyone in the service department and if I wasn't persistent, my car would probably be there for days/months without any communication!
Needless to say, I won't be going back to Sill-TerHar!

Sales team was good, they were able to work with me on the price of my 2019 wrangler due to some of the trouble that I had with my previous used car from this dealership. I did not purchase the extended warranty on this one because I didn’t find it to be worth much of anything on the WRX that I traded in on the Jeep. Like the WRX it seems like my wrangler completely skipped the 5 point inspection. The battery was at 10% and only started the car several times b4 I needed it replaced. 3 tires were over inflated and the 4th under because it had a nail in it. One tire is wearing unevenly because it is out of alignment. My sales guy thought when I asked that the tires were brand new and told me that the dealership almost always puts new tires on the used cars.
As with my Subaru I found registration and receipts in the glove box with address of previous owner on them, suggesting that this car like the last skipped the cleaning and inspection. It seems to me that when you purchase a used car from a dealership that it should have been inspected before being put up for sale.

Sill Terhar is the absolute best dealership I’ve ever had the experience to work with. Last November, I purchased a Navigator from them. Ian was my sales consultant and did a phenomenal job. Since then, my Nav has had been in for service a number of times (recalls, oil change, other items). Kylie and Melissa in the service department are exceptional and very communicative. They’ve gone above and beyond in servicing and customer service. In the market for another vehicle? Call them. You’ll be well taken care off! Thank you Ian, Melissa, and Kylie for such great service.

Mazda dealer was great- 5 star across sales and service. The Ford dealer sales team went out of their way to get me back in an F150 after some problems with my last truck.
Service team is top notch, Jake Tracy has made this an efficient, accurate spot for all my maintenance work.

In my 40 years of buying vehicles, one of the absolute best experiences and sales staffs ever; and definitely best in Colorado. Starting working deal on internet and phone; and when we got to dealership, everything, including trade in was spot on. Scott Peterson very helpful and friendly; excellent salesman. Finance manager also excellent. No pushy sales pitches. I am getting a little long in the tooth so I don't know how many more vehicles are in my future, but if any, Sill- Terhar will be my choice. GOOD FOLKS!
