Absolutely the worst experience ever in contractor paint suppliers. I waited a half hour in store, and was ignored the entire time. When a customer comes in 25 minutes behind me gets greeted & assisted at the counter before me. I lost more money not working than their product costs. Hands down worst staff in any store I've been in.

This store has excellent customer service. Troas Crow was a delight to work with and saved me some money on my purchase by reminding me of my account and the discounts available on it. Also super knowledgeable about the products and programs offered. I’ll definitely be shopping here for all future paint needs. Thanks Troas!!

Troas Crow at your store on 120th in Broomfield, Colorado, was absolutely wonderful to deal with, helping us match the colors that we needed. She has a fervor for this work and should be highly valued as a member of the SW team. She will be our "GO TO" person from now on, when tackling a painting project in our home.

Mason did a helluva job helping me with an order today that was supposed to be ready for me to pick up. When it wasn't, he got on his hustle and knocked it out for me with the quickness. I respect the young man's ethic...SW, pay the man!

This store is remarkable. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Ben in particular is an absolute Rockstar and never fails to provide exceptional service with a smile. We came for the great Sherwin Williams products, and kept coming for the stellar team!We've now painted our entire home inside and out, including decks and ceilings, and this team has helped us to find the right paint, tools, and colors every step of the way. Thank you to Ben and everyone else who has been so helpful.

This is a busy paint store with highly professional people working there. I went in for a quart of paint and was taken right away for my purchase. They even have a complimentary Keurig coffee machine so I was able to get my midday fix of French Vanilla coffee to go.!

Ive gone to this store only twice and will never go back! 1st time was quoted 1 price over the phone. Get there and price was way higher then discussed i just paid it to get the job done. Went back 2nd time cause they had a decent price on stain on thier website $180 for 5 gallon. Get there and they supposedly don't carry that anymore but i have a lesser quality product for 220 plus tax. Yeah no thanks will never go back to these price gougers! Home depot has just as good if not better for way cheaper!

Not a great experience. Brought in a huge 2ft x 2ft color sample from a drywall repair to color match and so I would think the "paint experts" could get the sheen right. I was unfortunately sold the wrong sheen in a gallon paint jug ($65 wasted). I admit that I should have waited until their spot paint fully dried but they were understaffed and other customers were waiting so I was not trying to be difficult. Unfortunately, on the wall the paint completely doesn't match. It's horrible! I definitely don't trust the expertise here.

Spent 45 minutes in the store - got 5-10 minutes attention in three segments, When someone they recognized came in we got left. We didn't buy and won't be back.

Had a line of people and phones were ringing plus new rigs were being dropped off but the lady Samantha really helped and kicked butt n got me out sooner than I thought , even though it was longer than I wanted.
