Dan was amazing and very quick at jump starting my car!!! He even took the time to answer several of my questions about batteries and jump starting a car for (maybe next time) haha. If I could give him more stars I would.

Technician instead of putting on the spare tire to my Audi, he decided to plug it with a plug that is used for ATVs. Long story short messed up my tire completely. It would not hold air made a complaint with State Farm. They’re looking into it I do not recommend them, I had to buy all four new tires so thank you

My insurance hired this company to come out and jump my battery. I will say, he showed up quickly and jumped my battery quickly. However, he went to the wrong part of my complex (I had written specific notes in the request) and when I asked him if he needed me to walk him to my car if he had a portable start or if he needed to drive around he responded "of course I need my truck, what a dumb question". He then proceeded to use a portable start on my car and when I didn't realize it was instant (I'm used to normal jumps that take a minute or two) he rolled his eyes at me and just gestured to my car to start it instead of asking me to just start my car. They got the job done but couldn't be more rude in a job that took less than 5 minutes of his time.

I can only speak of my personal business with these folks technician was sent out third-party for my insurance. He did a plug in my tire which come to find out. He wasn't supposed to do this happen on the 27th of last month. The plug he installed is illegal. I have documentation for that, it's used for ATVs, off-road and vehicles. It is not safe for every day vehicles on the road after asking for my money back I was called a scammer after speaking with the owner of this establishment I was yelled out, hung up on, and she came to my house, which at which point I called the cops and filed a report very unhinged female today I have to get four new tires $1400. I escalated the claim with my insurance. Please use caution when dealing with people read all the reviews.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! This fly by night "company" is run by scammers who want to steal your credit card info. This is not a joke or a spam post. You DO NOT want to do business with them. If you have a roadside assistance program that uses them, GET ANOTHER TOW COMPANY. Read the other reviews. This is not a joke.

These guys were so prompt, professional and kind. My daughter and I were locked out of my vehicle they arrived well ahead of the estimated time, unlocked my vehicle within 2 minutes (no exaggeration) and were exceptionally kind and friendly to my daughter and I ... who were grumpy after being locked out. Would definitely recommend them!
