I spoke to Jason on the phone and I asked him a lot of questions about my personal tax return. His customer service was excellent and he went above and beyond to help me understand my taxes and how I could solve the problems I was asking about. Highly recommend him for any tax questions. His expertise was evident.

I got myself in a pickle owing back taxes after a divorce and was looking for some advice on my best options to deal with state and federal. I spoke with Jason on the phone and he was amazing. He walked me through the best options for my situation and encouraged me to call back if I had anymore questions. Jason is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. The IRS made a mistake and thought I owed 5 figures from several years ago from income that they double counted. Not a fun letter to get, and the incredibly incompetent IRS agents were impossible to communicate, let alone reason with. (How do you get 80K new employees and $8 billion and still require fax and snail mail as your only options for communication years later???). Elizabeth and Jason took great care of me, quickly identified the mistake, and then dealt with the IRS for months to get them to arrive at the conclusion that, actually, I didn't owe 5 figures and instead they gave me a $5 refund.
They were highly competent, super on-top of communications and updates, and at no point did I ever have to call them for an update. They would call me. Highly recommend their services.

Reliance walked me through the process of getting 5+ years of back taxes organized and under control, setting up automated payments, and knocking the interest rate down by half to what I owe the IRS. Very grateful to them for their help!

I loved their Interactive, Serious pursuit with IRS for any discounts and settling of past taxes. It was too much stress and detail for me to do myself - What a Relief to know its been Done Right!
A Great Service, and the friendliness was a plus.
I dealt with Jason Holladay the most but all seem kind here.

We reached out for assistance on some tax audit that was misreported and they helped us get it resolved. Other than signing paperwork and supplying a few things they handled it all! Super friendly and responsive. Hopefully we never need their services again but if we do we will use them again in a heartbeat!

I had tax questions about filing quarterly and called Reliance Tax Group. I spoke with Jason and he walked me through the steps I needed to make quarterly taxes, sent me the links I needed, and made sure that I was able to do what I needed. He and his team were SO helpful and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I'll definitely be returning for advice in the future and I'd recommend them to anyone in the area looking for tax advice or consulting.

Had a great experience with Jason helping settle my 65k sales tax issue. Battled over a week to get my business back open after the state seized it. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He’s very affordable and also goes the extra mile to ensure everything is done right. No one can do it like Jason. 10/10 I would never want to deal with tax issues again, but if I do, Jason’s my guy!!
