I made the purchase at a Kiosk in Vegas when my daughter's Dior sneakers were made to look brand new after they cleaned them. I made a $60 purchase of the kit and it just doesn't work! I use my trusty Magic Eraser. It works 1000% better than this product. I was ripped off!

Aggressive and rude. Dude who i I think is a manager was Straight up rude to us coworker for not getting someone to do the cleaning. It's probably a bad work place and they don't care about anything but making a quick buck. The cleaner will destroy your shoes. 100% avoid!
