Literally the worst storage facility location I have ever used. Gates always broken. Elevator always down, and there is no stair access. No customer service ever available, and the people in the office never have answers ( and the “district manager”…who apparently has the answers…is NEVER available). This place is a joke.Also, mouse/rat infested.Extra Space storage right next door has been 1000x better.Find a different facility.

This is an awesome location! I’ve worked with clients here in the past (I’m in the business of organizing and decluttering) and recently got my own unit here. It was such an easy and joyful experience. Russell is who took care of me and he was so kind, quick, and attentive. It was such a quick process and the building is in pristine condition. I feel safe having my belongings there and being a female showing up at night puts ease on my worries. I highly recommend this storage facility! Great staff and very affordable.

This was my first time renting a storage unit. Russell helped me by giving me all the information I could want and kindly showing me to my unit. He was very professional and provided A+ service. I would definitely recommend this location.

Someone climbed in over the top of my storage unit and got into my stuff! No help from management! Only response is “ you have rental insurance “! This place is a total JOKE!

PS adds Auto Pay to my account which I did NOT approve! Also, I don't need insurance and told me I couldn't remove it until now PS added decline insurance button. See if it works. They mess with my accounts all the time. You need to watch them.

To be clear: this is a review of Public Storage, NOT the on-site staff. Everyone I've interacted with onsite has been very kind and as helpful as possible. The problem is, with corporate ownership there are limits on how helpful they can be.I received an email stating that my rent would be increasing on MARCH 1st ($109 to $133). When I called the Broomfield office they were nice, but they told me there was nothing they could do about rates and that I should call corporate. After trying multiple numbers and going through the phone tree multiple times I was only connected to a real human after going through the Sales prompt (?). They told me they could delay my rent increase by giving me a credit for the months of March, April, and May.I then received an email stating that my rent for February would be *discounted* from $133 to $109 (my rent for February was only supposed to be $109). When I called again to tell them that they had increased my rent a month earlier than they were supposed to they said they made an error and that I should call back before I got my bill for May so they could give me the appropriate credit for that month.End of April rolls around and the discount for May is not on my bill. I called again and after looking at all the notes they agreed there was supposed to be a discount for May. They say that they've put the discount in their system and to call if there are any issues.May 1st I'm billed the full $133. I call and the girl says I'm correct in that there should have been a discount, but she needs to transfer me to a supervisor so they can apply it. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes I'm transferred to a supervisor who is incredibly condescending and rude. I was honestly taken aback because everyone had been so kind and understanding so far. He said he submitted a request for a discount, but there's no guarantee it will be "approved" (as if they hadn't already approved it from the beginning). He also said, "The paperwork you signed stated that we have the right to raise your rent at anytime WITHOUT notice." Then I received an email saying that my "rental decrease request" was denied.I will never use Public Storage again. I hope it was worth losing a customer over $24.

We rented a storage unit here for 2 years. Over that time, rent more than doubled from $55/mo to $135/mo. They put increases in every few months so you don't realize it's going up. Would not recommend.

Russell was great to work with. I probably came in like a storm on his first day in this location looking to get a second unit, but he was calm and delightful. Would suggest!
