I'm so stoked! Hillary referred me to purchase a new driver from another supplier (who was also awesome) rather than risk a repair on my 30-year-old Community 15" PA woofer because the new unit would be less than the cost of repair. Looking out for your customers seems to be a lost art sometimes, but the way I was treated today gives me hope. Thank you, Hillary!

Utterly competent, patient, and diligent. Pro Audio Services performed warranty repair on a unit of mine that ultimately needed to be sent to the manufacturer and Allen & Hilary stayed with it as my advocate every step of the way. They earned my loyalty and deserve yours. 100%.

Everyone else said they could look at my repair in 4 to 8 weeks. These guys turned it around in one day!! Super great to deal with and I would use them every single time!

The company owner was inconsiderate and rude to me and my kids while we were heading to another building in the complex. I can not speak for the product, but it was completely unnecessary for the owner to reprimand myself and my kids while they were outside in the small open space behind his business. Very disappointed, as many of the other surrounding buissness are quite kind!

Much thanks to Allen, Danny and Hillary for their awesome customer service and quality of work. As a studio owner and music teacher, I need a resource for myself and my students and clients that I can count on. In addition to DAT decks in years past, they have now fixed a Universal Audio LA-610 preamp that lost a resistor or two, a Kurzweil K2VX that needed a new screen and a reCap, and a troubled Marshall JVM410h. They will soon be cleaning up a dusty PreSonus M80 preamp and replacing the internal battery (hard soldered) on a vintage Yamaha SY77! I will never be taking any of my gear anywhere other than Pro Audio Services. Other folks I have worked with in the pro audio repair industry in Denver have treated me like A) a novice or B) like they were doing ME a favor by fixing my gear. Only Pro Audio Services has treated me (and my wallet) with respect and courtesy. And they have proven to be an awesome resource for information as well, being willing to "help educate" folks who may not know all the ins and outs of the technical side of gear. I simply cannot say enough good things! Pro Audio Services are my only repair go-to from now on!

I have had Allen do repairs for me for over a decade and find his pricing to be fair and his work is beyond excellent! He has done repairs for me that I thought would not be able to be done and has saved my favorite live mixing board for me not once but twice. To the person who complained about wait time; all I have to say is when you are top notch in your field people seek you out and that would explain the wait times. The eight week period is a rare exception as he has done all of my repairs in a reasonable time period. Patience is a virtue my friend. I am getting ready to have Allen do some work on a 1993 SVT III amp head and have a backup amp to use while I patiently wait for him to bring my favorite amp (it was a gift) back to spec. I feel I was very lucky to find this shop and it is the only one I use and above all trust. I highly recommend this shop and Allen.

This place was an absolute pleasure and took very good care of me. I had an issue with my Fryette Pitbull cl100 (some tube work/broken pot), I was quoted a great price and a great turnaround time so went ahead and had them work on it. About 2 weeks later got the call to come back and pickup the amp, they did a great job, I did ask about them if they had worked on a problem I had with the clean channel, they did not, but did everything in there power to help resolve that for me. After many phone calls (Thank you!), they finished same day and even hand delivered it after closing hours. I have not stopped recommending this place to all my friends and customers (I work at a local Guitar Store). Constant communication, fantastic customer service, and a very friendly staff. They went above and beyond to take care of me and will be here to get more stuff to be worked on in the future! Please support this place and keep them going for many years to come. Thanks again to everyone there!

I've worked with Allen for over a decade. He has done it all for me, whether it was as small as repairing a vintage pre-amp, to designing an entire 5 room recording studio. He's the best.
