I had a great experience with Precision Auto Works. The pricing was reasonable. They did a great job on the body work I needed. But most of all, their customer service was outstanding. Karen at the front desk is a gem of a human.

This has been one of the worst experiences ever. My brand new car was destroyed in the hail storm in May (I thought the insurance was going to total the vehicle it was that bad). But since the vehicle was less than a month old, the insurance gave us the estimate and told us we could find a body shop. After a couple recommendations and looking at websites, I went with Precision. I was told that they would work with our insurance, get the estimate updated because it was low and that they would likely have my car for 6-8 weeks. They wanted to order the parts before they scheduled me to bring the car in because of it being a new model, so they weren't sure how long it would take to get parts. I brought the car in for the estimate on June 7th and sent the claim the insurance had provided. I followed up with them on June 14th via email to ask if they had a timeline in mind for when they'd get the parts and get me on the schedule. Never heard back to the email. They finally called me in July and said I could bring the vehicle in to them on July 31st. Part of the delay was that the roof was dented when it was delivered so they had to order a second one - ok, not their fault. My husband and I dropped it off and since then, this process has been a nightmare. I will say the receptionist has been very friendly and tried to get information for me any time I have called. But everything else has been a nightmare. I called in around 3 weeks after the vehicle had been dropped off, trying to get an update and couldn't get a call back, despite numerous attempts. When Danette finally got back to me, I was just told that it was in the process of being taken apart. I figured that was fine. At 5 weeks, I called to ask if my vehicle was going to be ready at the 6 week mark, I was told that they were still working on it but it was probably not going to be ready. Every time I have asked for an update, I've been told the vehicle is being worked on. At 8 weeks, the vehicle was in primer. I called last Friday, when we are coming up on 11 WEEKS to ask what was going on, and was told that the painter had been out on vacation but as soon as he was back on Monday, my car would be the first car in and they should have it for me this week, after it had been reassembled. It's now 10/20, I called today and asked for an update. Karen said she would have Danette call me back with an update because she couldn't locate her. Instead, Karen called me back to tell me that the painter went home sick but my car will get painted next week when he's back so hopefully my car should be ready next week. I asked why my car wasn't in on Monday like I was told and she couldn't answer. My husband called and demanded to speak to someone and Danette told him that the painter had been sick this week so she didn't want him to paint our vehicle and had him paint others. This company has told our insurance that it's going to be over $20k to repair the vehicle because of the hail damage, they've had it for almost 12 weeks, we have had no communication from them about any kind of delays unless I have called and repeatedly asked for updates and we still don't know when we are getting the vehicle back! You would think for $20k, a little customer service would be in order. DO NOT COME HERE!Service: Auto body & trim repair

I have taken all my vehicles for tint for years. It's a high-quality product, and Dustin is an expert installer. I have a half-hour drive one way but will not go anywhere else.

They did an excellent job on my Audi RS4. Window tinting. Also some small paint job.I had them window tint my 2018 Silverado. They matched the factory dark tint of the rear windows.Dustin is the best ever to do it!Services: Vehicle window tinting

My car was damaged right before Christmas and I assumed it would be well into January before I could get it fixed. I called Precision Auto and spoke with Rod and he told me I could come in and get an estimate that day (Friday before the holiday). He looked at my car and got me an estimate within the hour! I authorized the repair and they called Monday letting me know the part was in and they could fix it the next day. My car looks good as new. I am beyond impressed with the transparency and responsiveness from Precision Auto Works! Would highly recommend!

Headlight restoration! I was referred to this establishment by my BMW shop Bimmerhaus. Best advice of 2022! I bought full headling assemblies as I thought my headlights were too far gone. They called me back to say my parts didn't match the parts on my car. Their recommendation was to restore my factory parts. WOW they did a great job. Fast efficient and great customer service. Highly recommend Precision for autobody work. Good experience makes happy customers like me.

Had a dent in my front bumper that I needed fixed. Came here to get an estimate (just walked in) and was quoted half the price of other places I got estimates from. I talked to Rick who was super nice. He took my car in immediately, was done in less than an hour, and charged me exactly what he said he would. The area he fixed looks good as new. Would highly recommend this place for dent repair/body work, service was great. And as a bonus they have a massage chair in their waiting room, which I thought was pretty cool.Service: Body & Trim

Really awesome people! I called around many businesses to figure out what I can do about my situation.When I got to Precision Auto Works, I was connected to Dana and I let her know what I needed to get done. I got a call back from Dusty who was informed about what I needed and did a great at job at explaining the process of painting the hood on my car and the expectations to have. Rod was also great, he gave me a timeframe for when it should be finished as well as some time to let me decide on what I wanted in case if I changed my mind.They did a great job on painting my hood and were extremely helpful and nice. After the appointment was set, it was completed in a few days. It wasn’t too expensive and I’m super satisfied with the work.They were always easy to reach which I think differentiates them. The clips for the front bumper of my 2015 Toyota sienna had worn out and the bumper was loose on one side. When I took it to the Toyota dealership, they said I would need to replace the entire bumper and the panel underneath for $1,000. Rod at Precision Auto took a look at it and was able to set it back in place with a few screws and washers in 15 minutes and didn't charge me for it. Any place that is generous enough to help with a quick fix like that is worth going back to when you need more extensive work done.Service: Body & Trim

The owner came out and looked at my Cadillac 2002 and the side panel was sagging. He had the clips and installed them correctly, good as new. Dynamite shop, a 5 star experience. I will return and would tell anyone I know this is a top notch shop.Service: Body & Trim

This shop is nowhere near as well managed as they used to be. I have been waiting over two months for an estimate to be submitted to insurance for paint damage repair they caused during paintless dent removal and to get my car scheduled for repair. I get that their shop is exceedingly busy and they’re probably struggling with labor shortages, but an administrative issue like this is just poor management. They really need to take more responsibility for their customer service before they have no customer base for the lean times.Service: Body & Trim
