This is my favorite Pottery Barn in CO not just because it is the closest to my home, but also the staffs there are going above and beyond to make my shopping experience wonderful. I wanted to get new dinnerware sets and when I browsed through the store I found Larkin stoneware set. The associate Nathan asked me whether I needed any help and when I told him I would like to get two different colors mixed and match, he brought their stocks on a cart from the back for me to pick and choose. He was always available when I needed his help but left me the space to take time and choose what I wanted. At the end even I was paying full prices for the colors which were not on sale (wish they were like sand color), I walked away a very happy customer.

Marguerite, the sales representative, was fantastic! My wife and I wanted to buy the Catalina Bed frame for our daughter. The Flatirons store did not have the item since it was with Pottery Barn Kids. Instead of just saying they didn’t have the item, Marguerite called Pottery Barn Kids to check for item availability, informed the store we were coming to view the item, and was our point person for the purchase. She was very profession and very accommodating with communication via text and phone calls throughout the day. Above and beyond customer service! The Catalina Bed frame ended up being a great quality furniture piece and has a timeless look. We are very pleased with Pottery Barn!

3 months in and cannot get my furniture delivered. Nobody knows where it is located or if it has even been shipped. They do know that there are plenty in the warehouse. They also refuse to refund the purchase because it has been marked as shipped.

Pottery Barn items seem to be the same terrible quality as wayfair. We order some Plymouth Woven Counter Stool #6684232 the stools were terrible. Horrible powder coat and terrible plastic molding weave. On top of they charge $100 to ship and there's a hidden surcharge fee on top of the regular $80 shipping fee. No store pick-up was available. If you want garbage that falls apart upon opening the box shop here.

Shipping Charge RIPOFF!!! PotteryBarn should mention when you are purchasing from them that the delivered by date is totally wrong and you would never get your stuff for 6 months!! I have cancelled by order because they delayed my furniture and keeping shipping charge. Why are they keeping shipping charge when the furniture has not been shipped?! They can keep $50 cancellation fee but keeping shipping charge for shipping nothing is a rip off!

I met with Sue one of their Design Consultants at the Flatirons location. This was my first time using one of their consultants and it was an easy and wonderful experience. Sue was very knowledgeable of their products and excellent at offering solutions for my project. I will definitely be going back and using their design services.

Pottery Barn's website SUCKS! I tried to purchase $9,000.00 worth of furniture! After entering all the credit card info & clicking "Pay Now" button (3 times, I might add) it never did confirm my submission & did not send an email. I made 3 phone calls for help & they said "we don't have IT for placing orders" & other flimsy excuses. Really?! Well YOU LOSE! Never ever will I try to purchase from Pottery Barn again! I am watching my bank website to make sure they don't ding me later!!! Get it together folks!

It is unbelievable that this company can get away with advertising "delivery by" dates that are completely false... and they know it. I ordered the Raylan outdoor sofa, 2 chairs, the cushions and covers on July 1, 2022 for clients. They still have not arrived. I have now started calling weekly, and there is no update as to when the products will even be manufactured, much less delivered. If you go to their website right now, it says you can order these exact products and get delivery BY May 8, 2023... That is a LIE. I have already paid for more than half of this order, and am just shocked that they can get away with scamming customers this way. Will not order from them again in the future.

I don't know what has happened to Pottery Barn, but they have seriously tanked. We ordered a chair and a sofa and both items were canceled without our knowledge. I waited half the day waiting for my furniture to arrive only to call and find out they canceled my order. They claim they have refunded the money but my credit card statements show there has not been any refunds. I have called several days now and every time I am told a supervisor will call me back, but I have yet to hear from a supervisor. I am put on hold while they try to figure out where their supervisor is, but for some reason a supervisor is never available and will call me back. no one can give me answers as to why my furntiure was canceled without my knowledge and why I still have not been refunded my money. We have purchased from them several years ago and have never had so many problems. We will not be purchasing from Pottery Barn again

Their furniture quality is really quite awful now! Delivery time are ridiculous! And returning the awful items is almost impossible! I'm done with pottery barn!

Ordered a framed original photo which didn’t come for a month and the order status said it wasn’t picked up yet, so I canceled with a customer service rep. Of course it arrived 5 days later and bc it’s an “original”, I can’t return it.Also, there wasn’t cord to hang it.

I went in to buy a throw blanket for my couch and staff was very rude I felt like I was being stared at and unwelcome. They didn't acknowledge me or ask if I needed help but they seemed to be making an effort toward other customers
