Came in for a cut and perm . She cut my hair and permed it , I noticed she did not use heat so I assumed it was the cold perm which I’ve never had done , after washing my hair I noticed most of my hair was not permed, I had some very curly parts and mostly straight/big waves , my hair is virgin , no perm or hair color, the last two times I came my hair came out amazing and my curls lasted for a year. Then I tipped her $40 and when she rang me out she charged my card $184.93 . Hair cut and perm came to $115. I saw the charge on my card and went back inside and she said she accidentally charged me twice , if you can do math we all know that amount doesn’t equal a double charge. Won’t be coming back here . My hair is completely ruined.

While the ladies working there were very nice, I basically had to cut off six inches of hair due to the perm I got there. I originally contacted a lady who worked there through text, asking if they did a certain perm I wanted (and sent a photo). She said yes, and said to come in for a strand test, so I drove an hour to get to the place. At the place she said they actually couldn't do what I wanted, but offered their regular service anyways. I'm not sure why they said they could do it, but once I got there, told me they couldn't. That's why I think maybe they were just hoping I'd get there and settle for the usual perm they did. But at the time I figured they knew what they were doing and went in, and they just started putting rollers in my hair. I wasn't sure how perms went because I'd never gotten a perm before, but basically my hair is fried, and I spent $250 for damage. It does seem like they just wanted the money without checking to see if my hair could handle it first. There's no refunds, and I was only offered a deep conditioning treatment, which I think only works when your hair doesn't look like mine. The pictures are of my hair completely dry. When its wet it still is the same texture as gummy string. I'm just growing it out at this point. I included a picture of what my hair looked like before that.

Know the ladies there, they’re very sweet and nice people always have treated me well. They try to get you as quick as they can. Overall like this place won’t mess your hair up like great clips

I’ve brought my son here now twice. They’re amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable and the perms lasts for a long time! I’d recommend this place to anybody looking for a perm!

Received the worst haircut I have ever gotten. My hair is visibly uneven, bangs were thickened when I only asked for a trim, and the hair around my face was chopped up like it had been hacked apart with a knife. I don't know the name of the stylist, but I will never go back to anyone here.
