The Paul Derda Recreation Center is the main recreation center for Broomfield. It is a very friendly and great community gym and pool, offering something for everybody. The facility features workout equipment that is well maintained, basketball courts, a fantastic track above the gym, and a climbing wall. The aquatic area provides great family friendly fun with two awesome water slides, a lazy river, a zero entry pool, and separate family and adult hot tub areas. There is also a free indoor play area for younger children and an outdoor splash pad. It is a cool place and a great alternative for fitness and family activities.
