Patrick has been our agent for more than 12 years. This team is slow to respond (if they even respond, which they regularly don't) and recently dropped us based on the unfortunate nature of where we live resulting in hail storm damage over the past 6 years. Pass on this team. Inefficient, slow to respond and not great service.

My vehicle was in an accident, it was hit by another State Farm insured vehicle. Cheryl, even though she could not see the claim, absolutely assisted me in making sure all repairs were done to get my vehicle back in the condition I needed it to be. She had my back and I am so grateful. This is why I stay with Patrick's office. Through the years, my questions are answered and through my many vehicles I've had covered, service is always above expectation. Thanks guys! You're the best!

I had been with Patrick/ state farm for almost 20 years. Between my father and I we insured 6 vehicles. Were never late on a payment, had automatic withdrawal and zero issues. Holly, the last woman who handled all of our policies was great. Ironically enough, when Holly left and Cheryl took over, my policy was cancelled/expired. This happened in March and nobody from this office contacted me. No email, mail, call, etc. I obviously tried to restart the policy and was quoted almost 1000 dollars more for 6 months. The amount was sickening, so I contacted USAA and now have a better policy/ coverage for the same price I was paying before the issue. Do research and get quotes before choosing state farm and this office.

Very disappointed as I have been with Patrick for over 12 years. Patrick is wonderful but both my husband and I called in separately to deal with our insurance and got Cheryl on the phone. She was very rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. If I had to deal with her when opening an account I would have never went with State Farm. Thinking of switching because of how she handled our situation. She does not handle customers in an appropriate manner and I'm saddened that she treats people poorly. Having a bad day is one thing but if you don't want to deal with people and are going to affect someone elses business than you shouldn't work there.
