“I purchased a vehicle here in late January that came with a couple of "free" oil changes. I took it to get the first one before we left on a long road trip and in the middle of Kansas the splash guard came off which ultimately damaged it. The only way that that could happen is if they hadn't secured it. I left a message two weeks ago for the manager to call me back and now I cannot even get someone to pick up the phone there.
Update: They couldn’t have handled it better. Shane (manager) and Al worked together today and made it right. One star—>5 stars. Al has amazing communication skills.”

“My daughter inherited an older Infiniti from me. It needed some love so we took it to Accountable. Sure enough, there were plenty of things that could be addressed. Mark walked through the list with me and we determined that fixing many of the items was ideal but not necessary. We fixed what was needed and hopefully added a few years to the life of the vehicle. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here!”
