“Original review: “I purchased this Vitrazza Glass Floor Mat in five years ago. I routinely clean it and today, I noticed the surface has begun to "fog" it's not on the surface of the glass and it will not come out. On my dark blue office carpet, this mat looks horrible. I have reached out for warranty support.”

Update: I changed the overall rating from one star to five stars within 24 hours of me posting my previous review I was reached via phone call from Vitrazza customer support. After a brief discussion, it was determined that the flaw in my floor mat appears to be an anomaly. The company has arranged for a replacement under the warranty and intern, I will return the faulty item via prepaid shipping. I am truly amazed with the level of customer support, and an overall attitude of product improvement to prevent such a defect occurring in the future to others. Five stars to Vitrazza!!!”

Home he had me waiting 45 min at the printer asking and needing help he yelled at Todd even tho it wasn’t their fault …this is not how a manager should talk to employees and and as a manger saying you have other better things to do instead of helping customers is definitely not how you address people… they need a new manger he seems unhappy and angry at people”
