The customer service was above and beyond. Bruno was so helpful and very genuine when he was helping us pick out a pair of sunglasses. He never felt like a “salesman” just that he actually cared about what we wanted. Hard to find hardworking, caring employees like him anymore.

Went there to change my lenses about 15 minutes ago and the guy was completely careless about my lenses and accused me of scratching them after I tried to wipe the scratch with my shirt when he had already acknowledged the scratch. On top of that he struggled a lot to put my lenses on which surprised me because last time when I originally purchased my Oakley glasses they changed the lenses very carefully and advised me to do so if I ever tried to change them. But they also told me I could come back to the store to change my lenses. I came back with the new lenses I had originally purchased to put them on the frame with no scratches. Very disappointing because now I have a few scratches on my lenses.

Tyler provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable of the Oakley products both current and former product's. As long time Oakley customers we appreciated his knowledge and advice. This store had a great selection of products to choose from.

Manager at Oakley in Flat Irons Mall was great - patient and took the time to explain the optional warranty (totally worth the $20 per pair- ask about it next time you visit). And just all around nice experience. We will be back to shop there again. Very happy.
