This is one of my favorite places to eat but, today it was really disappointing I have been ordering the spicy penne Rosa today I tried the leanguini Rosa and it was really dry, the pasta was all overcooked and some other was not even cook plus was cold I asked to have it replaced for the penne and I got a really stink eye from the employees they did re make it but, they did not place the extra protein I payed for it I had to ask for it and wait another 7 min to get it my penne noddles were way overcook too so disappointed definitely not coming back ?

Waited for about a half hour for my food and noticed this as they were doing some maintenance, was not cleaned up before just putting the station back. No gloves or hair nets

Hi I just ordered Pad Thai from the Alpine location in Boulder. When I got home I called because there were no peanuts in the order. After I told them they replied " We are out of peanuts" I said don't you think you should tell the customers that?

I went to noodles & company in Appleton and I have to say I was quite disappointed in the employees not using safety hygiene methods I watch the employees that were cooking rubbing their hair what sweat off their foreheads with gloves and without gloves but never changing the gloves when they went back to prepare the food I think hand hygiene in a food environment is very very important not just for covid being here but as a health and safety issue I would recommend that employees constantly change their gloves and if they decide to wipe sweat from their hair and forehead be conscious of who's watching you because I left right back out and I didn't order any food just for my safety.

My comment is not about the food or the service; merely my disappointment regarding my disabled son's employment with Noodles and Company. He has worked for Noodles for over 5 years, and has loved his job; but suddenly he is not performing "up to standard." The thing is--he has Down Syndrome. He has been Noodler of the Month numerous times, loves working with his co-workers, and was doing a great job, according to the manager I talked with around Christmas. It's the district manager who has decided to get rid of him. I feel it's sad that a company cannot a support an individual with disabilities and allow him to be a productive member of society when he cannot perform new tasks as quickly as a person without disabilities can do them.

If you have a food allergy DO NOT order here! I have diverticulitis and and repeatedly told them not to put sesame seeds on the salad. This food would have put me in the hospital if I didn't see them. I went back to the Miamisburg, OH restaurant and spoke to the manager and the only thing they could offer me was to remake it. I asked for a refund and because I ordered it through Google they could not help.

The fact that you can't call the actual store and have to go through an automated ordering system to place an order blows my mind. And the fact that the person you talk to doesn't actually work in the store that you wanted to call even further disappoints me. I worked for this company 15 years ago and it has drastically changed. There's no actualy customer service. Extremely disappointed.

Received an email to let me know about free delivery and points that were to expire at end of year. Placed online order at 6:51pm through app. Tried to use points for a free salad but when I chose the salad I had to give up the free delivery. Order was scheduled to be delivered at 7:23pm. Called at 7:35pm to find out where my order was. Was told it was done but waiting for a driver to pick it up. Told the person on phone I would just come and get it if they couldn’t tell me when a driver would be able to deliver my order. When arrived at the store I told the employee at window how extremely disappointed I was with their service. Employee told me they can’t help it they have to wait for a driver to arrive. Told him they should notify people of this when they are ordering. He told me the online app told people of this but I did not see it. Checked to see if food was still warm in bag. Went back home only to find out that the sauce for the potstickers was missing. Went back to store and waited in line behind another vehicle for 5 or more minutes. Called the store and asked the person who answered it they could bring the sauce out to me as my food was getting cold with all the delays I had experienced. Was asked to hold… when person returned to phone they said they cold not have employees walk outside store due to liability. Told person it was now 7:55pm and I still was not at home eating my food because someone forgot to put the sauce in with the potstickers. Asked to speak to a manager and was told the person I was talking with was a manager. Told her that I was extremely inconvenienced from the time I placed my order. I told her that I was not at all happy with the service that I received from start to finish. Told her that as a manager she did not display good customer skills at all. There was no apology for the service I received tonight. Asked if there was a manger above her that I could reach out to and she said no. Told her that her management skills were horrible and with that she hung up on me!!! Arrived back home by 8pm and had to warm my now cold food in the microwave to eat it. Checked my points status online and it withdrew 300 points twice and I hadn’t even ordered the side salad so I have no idea why it would have deducted points. So very disappointed in Noodles. Really like the food but the horrible service is enough to make me not want to return to the store and to let others know as well.

I have only gone a couple times, but Everytime the noodles are hard to eat especially for someone with no teeth. They are undercooked, and have been so hard that they are crispy to the point of being almost raw.

Had to wait a half an hour past my online pick up time for a bowl of buttered noodles! They lied and said my food would be out soon and when I went back in they said they couldn’t find the order then another employee said they actually gave the order to someone by accident. Finally! Upon receiving my order the portion was almost half the size that I usually get. I will not be ordering from this location anymore.

Spent 11 dollars on mediocre pad Thai with the most rubbery noodles I've ever had. If ur in Rockville pls go to a decent restaurant cause there's so much good food. Check out like Richie center or bobs Shanghai. There's also good pho nearby. Just don't buy this trash.

I ordered food on Friday, April 23rd and the driver delivered to the wrong place. I had to go get it and the food was cold. I called the same say spoke with a manager (Shane) I explain it to him, he was busy I called back again and he was busy. I called the store today and spoke with Josh and he was so nice and professional. He was very very apological and gave me a refund. I was not a happy customer he made me feel better. Way to go Josh, THANKS A MILLION! This is the Oakland Ave store in Milwaukee, WI

Noodles and Company has always been one of my favorite places to eat, but lately the quality of the food at their Oconomowoc location has gone down. I have started having to pay for extra sauce on whatever dish I order just to be able to taste anything and half the time they aren't even putting that in the bag anymore. 8.7.3
