Friendly staff. The doctors really feel like they are listening to me. They clearly read the chart before they enter the room which I appreciate. I see Dr Elaine Scholpp and she is wonderful.

I had been a patient here for years, but I will be switching away from New West Physicians. The doctors are quite good, however the wait times are long to get someone on the phone and the billing department is located entirely overseas.I got sent to collections by them because I was disputing a bill where they charged me for the wrong procedure. I was working with them to try and resolve it, but their billing team did not keep good records and sent me to collections anyway without warning. You cannot talk to anyone in the US about a billing problem. I paid the collections agency and moved on.

Sadly the front office seems so understaffed that it's impossible to make an appointment. I sat on hold for 32 mins just to get an invitation to the Patient Portal as they are not listed in the directory on the app. It's ridiculous! I will make an immediate change due to inaccessibility. The actual doctors are great...once we get beyond the front desk!

I would give them ZERO stars. The billing practices are terrible, improperly coded, and the billing office LIES about what has been processed. They left me completely out in the wind between the Lab company, the Insurance company - bounced me back and forth not taking responsibility for miscoding the claim. DO NOT GO THERE

Pure INCOMPETENCE. Most everything about this office is horrible and unprofessional. Please seek your Healthcare elsewhere. Office attendants would not allow me to speak with anyone who might care or be professional. My concerns will be taken to the highest levels. Please be mindful when deciding to use this doctors office. Not all NWP are this terrible.

This office is horrible. It takes forever to get someone on the phone. Like prepare to wait to wait 45+ minutes on the phone to finally getting someone who has no idea how to help you. All the good doctors have quit and moved on to other places. It's just not worth the stress to be a patient here. Also I just do not understand why they prescribe any prescriptions, cause they make impossible to get them refilled.

Just called the office to figure out as to why I'm unable to receive my prescriptions and was told by a gentleman there "uhhhhhh I don't know" literally the entire conversation. Was on hold for exactly 56 minutes just to be told "uhhh I don't know". You work at a doctors office to figure out solutions and help patients. Super frustrating that every time I need to get something booked/ figured out at this doctors office, I'm just left in the dark with no help or answers.

This review is for the office manager- My daughter has been dealing w/ this office for several months to try to get a code corrected & NO-ONE will return her call, she even went in a week ago & the office manager was out- they said they left a message on her desk & she has yet to hear back from her. The Ins & my daughter have tried to get a response several times & crickets. My kids & I have been going to Dr Yeash for about 29 years & we have NEVER had this issue! This is very unprofessional!!! Very disappointing!!

I'm glad I found Dr. Beukema. She is a wonderful doctor. The two stars is for their billing practices. They told me it would cost $125 for each visit that isn't considered "preventative" until I hit my deductible (then I think there's either a copay or no charge, but I'm fuzzy on that). First, two things. One, I am currently unemployed and $125 for a doctor's visit is cost prohibitive. I am less likely to seek tratement because of the expense. I'm not even sure they can charge this amount since my plan specifies a visit with a primary care doctor, regardless of whether it's preventative, is $50. Two, I have a high deductible of $9,100, which I will never reach unless something catastrophic happens. (Next year, it's going up to $9,400.) So, I will never reach that copay stage. I really don't think this doctor's office understands the harm they are doing to their patients, unless the majority of them are wealthy and can afford $125 a pop for a doctor visit. $50 I could understand. Maybe even $75. But $125/visit is ridiculous and dangerous to people's health. It's really quite disgusting what healthcare has become in this country.

I have been going to this office for 10 years and I showed up 10 minutes late and they refused to see me. This office seems overloaded and aren't friendly to deal with anymore. Find a different place to get your doctor.

Hold times are bad, their inability to prescribe certain medications is worse, but the way they rush you to finish a physical exam is the deal breaker. Seems this place is all about moving patients quickly and prescribing the cheapest generics. Our friend that works for a nearby hospital told us New West Physicians Broomfield is owned by United Health. It all makes sense now, doctors owned by an insurance company...that explains everything.

So Nice and they really listen to what you're saying. They just don't throw big words or anything at you. They talk to you as a person not as a patient. Love Renee.

I've been trying to make an appointment with my physician. I've been calling for THREE (business)DAYS- each time, I've been on hold for my ENTIRE LUNCH HOUR... which starts at 10:30 am. The highest I've ever been in the queue is #4- and I was at #4 for 37 minutes. This is ridiculous. Dr Beukema, you are a wonderful physician. I was so happy to find a doctor who listens and that I could trust. It's too bad that New West Physicians has such inept scheduling practices. I will miss you.

I’ve liked my doctor but my biggest gripe is that it takes 20-30 minutes to get on the phone with them. There is constantly a super long wait to get through.

The first time it visited was OK. I waited 15min to be to be taken back they weighed me and got my height put me in a room for 30 min. The dr was friendly. But God forbid you are 6min late to your appointment and because they over booked for the day they need to reschedule you. How do places run like this. You can wait and hour at a dr office but be late and it's the end of the world. I won't be coming to this office again.
