The store has no real interest in education, is just a way to get you into the store to sell you something.The one to one hand holding staff can not wait to get on to the next person. They seemed to be measured on how quickly they can you in and out if get 10 min you are doing really well. The classes are taught by people who just know the script. They have no idea what to do anything if something out of the ordinary happens and they seem to have no backup.The manager told me that they are too busy to spend time with the customers and if I came back they could not offer me time with a person who knows the application I needed help with even though I told them I would come in any time they wanted.Apple could save money and time by replacing its manager with an AI applicationI
