I used to love this gym, but have been treated unfairly by a pickleball instructor, definitely not feeling comfortable anymore that I rather drive further to the Westminister gym

I am going to rant for just a second.
I do understand the RIDICULOUS increase in costs for everything lately, but I have had 4 membership rate increases with Lifetime Fitness in just a short amount of time.
I have been a member there since the Westminster’s gym opened. My 16 year old daughter was only 3 months old then!!!!
And the new manager- I tried voicing my concern and basically got an ‘oh well’
I am a person of loyalty and a creature of habit. That gym was my community- my gym family.
and it’s very upsetting to me to have to say goodbye, but I refuse to pay 4x more then any gym in the area.
Good Luck with your ‘vision’ Lifetime.
So much for the ‘we will never increase our membership’ Gimic I received 16 years ago.

This is what you get for $170 a month. This gym should be embarrassed. From the staff who has a superiority complex, to the broken mediocre equipment, to the absolutely disgusting locker rooms. What a joke

I was here to take care of the trees on the property with SavATree Boulder and Dee Edward’s at the front desk and the gal in operations were very helpful with getting me access to where I needed to get to!

Do not waste your money here, there are better gyms that charge $35 a month or less for better equipment. This place is a scam.

It's a great location and I think all locations are great but this location, most of the treadmills stop in the first min and the celining is low so it's always hot, so bring a fan.

The nighttime manager who goes by the name, peacekeeper is amazing. He always goes out of his way to make sure the men’s locker room is more than clean and sanitary, but he’s also very friendly and very informative. He is always willing to assist guest and truly seems like he loves his job. This gym overall is the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to.

Place is frequently very dirty and equipment is often broken for a very long time. I would give them negative stars if I could and the main reason is their treatment of staff. They do absolutely nothing when staff is being repeatedly harassed by members and put corporate profits over staff members wellbeing , making the work environment extremely hostile and unsafe.

Staff is very rude. Someone named Pascal came to me l, no hello, nothing and was chewing his gum and kept asking if I am done using the leg machine and then said very aggressively: “I’ll ask you one more time”, whatever that meant and he was so rude, I am never coming back here again. I don’t come here to be treated like that

I could only be a member here for a few months before I had to move for work but the experience I’ve had here has been great. Bryan has been a great trainer. The essential oil infused steam room is great. The rest of the facilities are good. A lot of this gym is converted to pickle ball courts which orients it towards an older crowd. It was very easy to cancel too when I had to move.

Been coming here for a while. All employees claim they don’t have a basketball court for use. When paying this much for a membership it’s unacceptable to have a court available but not open. On another note Tegan is a very disrespectful front desk employee and needs to learn some customer service skills. Westminster location is ten times better.

I am actually devastated to find out the basketball court was removed to be used for pickleball. I'm not sure what's worse, seeing the Nuggets lose to the Wolves in 7 or finding out that I can't hoop on the weekends anymore...
