Do not use this service center!!! Customer service and communication is not a priority. What they couldn't get done in over a week with an appointment the Littleton location was able to do in two days.Service: Auto maintenance

2000 Discovery starts but won't allow anyone to put it in DRIVE. After checking lights we saw that a front turn signal wasn't working. One bulb socket was burnt out, so we started looking around parts stores. We're shocked that this bulb socket wasn't available at local auto parts, and has to be ordered by the dealer for approx. $30 + TAX. Dealer parts dept. was helpful, but we felt that was too expensive. So we ordered one on the internet. Still paid around $30, but we're getting the whole light assembly with two brand new bulb sockets included.

Horrible communication and worse service. Even if you have an appointment a simple diagnostic check takes weeks. They will also require you to leave your vehicle with them as there is a queue. What's the point of having an appointment.

My 2020 range rover has been here numerous times for the same issue. They keep saying it's a software issue after they keep it for 3 weeks. When a new issue recently came up I called them only to be told that they realize it's a safety issue but they couldn't get me in for a month and maybe even longer if I needed a loaner vehicle. Poor customer service at best.

I have purchased multiple LR/Jag from LR Flatirons and other places, I have never experienced a service department as poor as this one. They treat you like they are doing you a favor by servicing your car. During my last warranty service visit they damaged my wheels with a chemical wax or something during a car wash, then basically told me it was my problem not theirs - I’m done going here…. Stevenson Imports and Stevenson Lexus of Lakewood are awesome!

Very rude and love wasting your time. I came to just pick up my key but they acted like they were busy when they had no clients I guess they did it just to not have to deal with me.
