"No walk ins" available. This is a lab within a hospital...how can you not accommodate on demand testing? Phlebotomists are nice and skilled however.

I walked in expecting the worst because of everyone's reviews, but dropping off a sample for testing was very easy and painless. There was a woman next to me who was there for a different issue and she was also helped quickly and respectfully. Clean and nice location inside the hospital.

I wish I could give less than (1) star because they don't even deserve that. Their policy is to refuse service even though there is a payment plan noted in their own system. My wife has a very serious condition and we missed our scheduled blood draw that per the doctor was critical all because we didn't have a verification number. The ladies that work there were very rude and showed zero compassion even though their own system said "Yes" under the payment plan section of the billing. This company only cares about money and not the customer, they act like insurance has not already given the 80% plus of their money already and they will refuse service for $3.00. I wish there was another lab that would take their place because they are terrible and so are the people they hire to work there. The young brunette who works there must be very unhappy with her job because she is miserable and rude every time we go in. Very unfriendly and shows zero compassion for her job and seems to make up rules every time we go by asking for our verification number every time we go in even though it clearly shows on their own system that we have established a payment plan. Would love to see her fired.

They only processed one of my lab orders from over a month ago. I have called multiple times and have left voicemails and I still haven't heard back from them.

Literally can’t even label samples correctly so that they can actually be run. Irresponsible and not confidence inducing at all.

Girl at the front desk for check in was so rude. She was too busy on her phone to give any good customer service. Not acceptable.

Pretty busy place. I arrived at 7:30 and blood was drawn within 20 minutes. When I left they were saying 1 hour wait time so the key is to arrive at open

The people that work there today on 6/25 off of orchard pkwy were useless, clearly had no f’s to give and were a true testament of you get what you pay for. They were pulses answering phones and nothing more. I’d leave this review in hopes of changes being made, but labcorp’s bar is set at the bottom of the ocean for any sort of relevant standard. The utter disdain these women showed towards people clearly marks them as not being fit for the healthcare industry.

Horrible service. I have visited this location a handful of times and get treated like such a inconvenience everytime. My Dad and sister tell me they have the same bad experience everytime also. I work in healthcare management on the same campus and I would never allow my front office staff to treat our patients with such lack of care, compassion, and respect. I plan to reach out to the office manager for this location to discuss.

First I was ignored when I walked in. Then while I was trying to send her the labs that my doctor needs, she proceeded to have a conversation with her co worker ignoring me some more. I sent over the labs and instead of checking for my email she continued to have a conversation with her back turned to me. I was the only person waiting there. So I waited another 15 mins for her to finish her conversation. Then she asks me a question about my labs with an attitude snapping at me. Then finally I get sent back, astoundededly realizing I was waiting for them to finish a not work related conversation to take me back to do my labs. I can't believe they still have a job there. Clearly I'm not the only one that's said these ladies are rude with all these one star reviews. Why isn't anything being done? If I treated people like that on a regular basis at any job I would Have been fired.

The employee was so concerned about her 9 min break and how she was over worked she gave me a Hemotoma as she was distracted and was not paying attention during the blood draw, making my arm swell for 3 days. The front desk needs training on customer service as she was very rude!

Horrible is the best way to describe my experience. It started off with having trouble finding the place. Then the front desk girl was mean and rude. She told me what room to go in. After waiting 30min in that room she came in and asked what we were doing. I told her the labs that my doctor requested and she got mad at me and said “ I know what we’re doing I’m asking what arm” even though that’s not what she asked. I tell her what arm and she grabs it and shoves the needle in without even feeling my veins or letting me know what the process is. Then she tells me to apply pressure and I can leave. Didn’t even wrap it or anything. Just walked away. I left crying. I will never go back to this location.
