I bought Kroger brand pasta salad in January. There was a piece of sand or some type of foreign object that cracked my back molar as I bit down. I’ve sent several emails in different formats and still haven’t had any one from King Soopers follow up. Not even a quick apology or offer to refund the price I paid. I have been a customer for decades and I would appreciate some recognition of the issue and some attempt at resolving the issue.

BEWARE UNSANITARY AND THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND BY STAFF.
I try to go to this grocery store because it’s next to Home Depot and I run an interior design business. However this grocery store is not up to health code standards. This is the second time I’ve seen a bug on food and now multiple dead moths on the macaroni salad and packaged King Soopers foods it’s clear there is an infestation. Also when I bought watermelon before fruit flies immediately were storming out. When I told the clerk that there were dead moths on the macaroni salad she rudely questioned me, “So do you want to buy it or not?” I just looked at her and she said “because it can go back you don’t have to buy it”! The fact that she didn’t say sorry about what happened to me or say they will clean it up or do better next time was astonishing. I didn’t say anything and knew I would just write a review because that was absolutely unacceptable. They clearly do not care about the shopper’s experience and need professional development. The rude clerk’s name was Billie. I understand she does not work in produce but this was no regard, no apology to the fact I picked up macaroni salad and accidentally touched a dead moth. Do not shop here. They do not appreciate customers’ business.

Don't expect people to help, care, or be knowledgeable about where things are. And don't expect them to care enough to try to find it by the many modes of options they have to look things up

Yes, this is another one of those “wish I could rate ZERO stars” type of reviews.
I was browsing the cosmetics aisle around 8am one morning after dropping kids off at school, and noticed that I was being closely watched by a (rather creepy) “security guard” / loss prevention person.
This was a first for me, as I’ve never been profiled to be a shoplifter before!!
I tried to continue on with my shopping, and headed to the complete opposite end of the store (the bakery) to grab another item I needed, and sure enough this woman had followed me all the way over there. At that point, it was more than obvious what was going on, and I decided that they didn’t deserve my business. The $200+ worth of items I was about to purchase from them was put back on their shelves, and I happily took my money elsewhere!

Been followed by security twice here. All the way to the beer section from the front door. So next time, I'll be the decoy while you get robbed blind. Then maybe your security will actually learn.

Just recently move to Broomfield. Lived in Englewood for 10 years and always went to the same King Soopers on Broadway. This place is nice. Always stocked and always clean. Everyone is really nice. I’d like to mention the cashier Tessa who is always pleasant. Not only that but I have personally witnessed her go above and beyond with her customers. Especially if she sees that someone is down or struggling. Truly a compassionate person that’s always willing to step up. She is a rare breed and I feel lucky to have her at my local grocery store.

the store doesn't seem bad overall but I've bought batteries here twice now and they were already dead both times, friendly employees though, produce looks fresh, shelves look well stocked

This isn't my favorite King Soopers because the layout seems odd. If it was my usual store, I'm sure I'd be fine with it, but it's not. I won't switch stores because I'm reluctant to change my pharmacy.
I've never had a poor experience at any King Soopers - I know what to expect, and I get it. If I were dissatisfied, I'd likely speak with the manager before leaving. I wouldn't wait to leave a review, call out an employee by name, and make threats if management didn't respond. I wouldn't, as too many “reviewers” do, leave a single star ✨ despite remarking I've always had excellent service, food, experiences, etc. for 5 years.
I dislike self-checkout, and honestly, I'm really bad at it. ??♀️ I don't believe this is a store where I have no choice but to use it unless it's near closing.
