I have been going to the store for 18 years. Dale ran a tight ship, but everyone loved to work there. The latest new management is pissing off the workers as well as the long end term clients. The new manager didn't do very well at his past store but is really effing up the present store. So today, a punk working there was very rude to me. I don't need to put up with that. I think I'm going to switch stores. I have no other choice because Pastor has gone so far down hill after Russ Despence, the former CEO of this now failing corporation, told me that this was the best store and all of King Soopers. It is no longer! Plus the board has really screwed over the corporation and has made the customer persona non-Grada.

Employees here are great, but PLEASE fix your cart buckles!! I have to pull at least five different carts every time before I can find one that doesn't have a broken seat strap.

I am happy that KS and its employees resolved their labor dispute because the employees deserve a fair shake and many of us rely on the staff's hard work in addition to KS's products to sustain our lives. Since the end of the strike, I have witnessed an effort to make this KS a place where people can be proud to work and shop. However, on more than one occasion, I felt as if I fell down the rabbit hole into madness. Let's excuse the numerous carts/palates that are in the aisles at all times of the day, every day, because maybe part of this restocking nightmare is due to supply chain issues; fair, yes? What I find more frustrating than the occasional empty shelf or dance around the mountain of un-stocked items is a lack of professionalism. Hey, it's not just for stick-up-the-butt corporate minions, it applies to everyone receiving a paycheck. If I am in the mood to be entertained, I guess I should just hit KS at the right time for some chuckles because I feel that anything goes, only Cole Porter had nothing to do with it. The other day I was treated to two employees openly deriding another(new/trainee?) employee behind their back all while blocking the aisles and as I approached the checkout lanes, I was privy to the undulations/evil little dance (I'm not kidding) of another employee as she was being approached by a co-worker. Ya wanna slam an associate for whatever reason or audition for "think you can dance," please keep it in the break room. Customers DO NOT want to share in those experiences with you. Holy crap, did I REALLY need to write this review?

Worst employees ever! A young supervisor who works there is a condescending j**** You don't tell customers to get there eyes checked if they can't find a item. Also another note when you have a question about getting a product in stock supervisors should not pretend you are a wall or a statue. Hunter was his name and he did not show professionalism at all and was rude! I will be going elsewhere!

We stood in line at the pharmacy for over 45 minutes for a flu shot. We got there 5 minutes before our appointment but had to wait 15 minutes to talk to someone then had to wait another 30 minutes to get our shot very unprofessional

My husband worked here for about a year. He left this company almost a month ago after giving his 2 weeks notice. We are still waiting on his last paycheck 24 days later. He has gone down to talk to the store director about what happened to his pay and was told that she was too busy to do the final paperwork. A few days after that he was told it would be an additional 10 days. 10 days has come and gone. This is embarrassing for a company this big to not pay it's people, especially when everywhere is short staffed. Don't work you can do better elsewhere at a company that won't try to screw you over

It was a large grocery store with everything you would need in a normal kitchen. Large parking lot. Some masked, some not. The name of the store is akin to the Kroger brand. In AZ, it is known as Fry's. They had a selection for plant based "meats" that was clearly marked. Self check out or clerk check out. We found our needs. Clerks were helpful and efficient.

I have shopped at this store many, many times in the past two decades without issues on the grocery side. The issue is at the fresh fried chicken counter. I have went to buy the fried chicken dinner a few times in the last couple of months. There is a young blonde lady (little b***** that works the counter in the early evenings, she has no customer service skills whatsoever !! She has a smartass attitude and acts like she is doing me a favor. She needs to remember that the customers pay her salary. She rolls her eyes and acts like I am intruding.... Not good. If I could split my rating, I would give the store itself a five star. She has ruined my experience at this store more than once. Sorry King Soopers, I will not return

LOVE this King Soopers other than the pharmacy. Would give it 5 stars otherwise. The pharmacy seems so overwhelmed all the time and I would really prefer to go somewhere else. Just hire more people if you can't keep up with the demand please. Other than that I love this store and am very impressed with their vitamin section! It almost feels like you're shopping at Whole Foods here this location is great.
