This location is racist and biased. The tax "professional" questioned if my W2 was mine due to the listed income. I guess people who look like me can't have a good job, ok whatever. Do not do business with this location.

Made an appointment online but when I went in, the person who spoke with me very rudely told me I wouldn’t be able to meet with anyone. She said the website doesn’t work properly and told me to go to another location.
