“My daughter and I went into the sleep number store at flatirons. We were cared for by AJ who took us from bed to bed to try out their many options. We took the quote home after our 1 hour visit, measured our bed to confirm size, and called back to sign up for 0% financing for 50 months. We called and AJ helped with the order and financing too. It was a great experience and transaction.”

“Greg was amazing. I showed up 4 min before they closed for a mantel and felt pretty awful about that and Greg did nothing but make sure I was taken care of. He didn’t rush me at all or make me feel like a burden. He straightened the surfaces for free the next morning and it was ready for pickup at 9 am when he opened back up. He seemed genuinely impressed by my project and wanted to converse about it. What a great experience! Yes the wood isn’t cheap but it’s also a billion times better that what they have at Home Depot or Lowe’s (I checked both before coming here) for what I was doing. LOOK HOW LOVELY THIS IS). I ordered some Dixie Bell paint from Planks and Paint and though they didn't have any in stock at the time, the owner was very communicative through text to let me know that she ordered my paint to be sent to my home so I could get it sooner and not have to pick it up. She even gave me a small size to get started on my project now and apologized for the inconvenience. Jami the owner was really responsive and very kind. I will have to come back to do a project with my friends-- it looks so fun and they have tons of options!”

“We bought an entire master closet Elfa system. It looks beautiful. My husband and I were able to assemble it ourselves over 2 days. We got to the end and was missing one crucial piece on Saturday at 4. Called the store and spoke to Natalie. She found the piece and offered to deliver it to us on her way home from work that evening. So grateful to her that we didn’t have to stop our progress to go back to the store. When she arrived at our house she came in to answer a couple detail questions and helped us install the last shelf. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the product and installation. She was the best.

“We had installed Hunter Douglas cellular shades throughout our entire home when we bought it about 12 years ago, and like some of the below reviews, had experienced more issues than we thought reasonable for the amount of use. When several of our shades needed repair again towards the end of last year, I finally called Hunter Douglas customer service directly out of frustration to see what they could do to remedy the situation.To my absolute delight, the Consumer Support Escalation Specialist ******* offered to remake the problematic shades at no cost to us after reviewing our situation (and prior repair invoices). And when she found out that our original fabric had been discontinued, she extended this offer to the adjacent shades in the same room to maintain uniformity. She also sent me punctual updates regarding status as there were several delays due to supply chain issues. I never had to chase her down to find out what was going on and expectations were appropriately set as it did take a couple of months to receive the shades.At this time, all of the new shades have been installed, are operating very smoothly and look beautiful! The company has definitely made improvements to the operating mechanisms and materials as the shades feel more durable now. We're very thrilled with the outcome and our confidence has been restored in the company, so would highly recommend them to consider for your window treatment option.”
