The facility is a little old but the staff is absolutely fantastic. I had to have a long term rental (75 days) while my car was pending an insurance claim/repair. Everyone that I worked with was knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. I cannot praise the team at this location enough! Stellar service and support! 10/10

My friend was in from out of town and needed to rent a car for 1 day. This was the day of our most recent big snowstorm. The person working at the Broomfield location ran her credit card however it flagged as fraud. She called her cc company and got the card straightened out. In the meantime the employees boss called to ask if he was closing the store. The employee told him that he was finishing up a rental. She could hear the boss ask what it was, he said it was a 1 day rental. The boss said shut down the computer and don't rent to her. He kicked her out of the store in the snow and locked the door. I have never heard of anyone treating a customer with such disrespect!! The manager was Zane Bell. The most rude horrible human I've EVER heard anyone deal with!! He should be fired!! No one should ever rent from this place!!

Kind, knowledgeable staff that works hard to create a seamless experience. Good selection of vehicles and easy access to their location makes renting a breeze. Highly recommended Hertz location!

I am a loyal Hertz customer, but this location is the worst. I tried to call and talk to the manager twice because of an overcharge and both times was told he was too busy to come to the phone. The person on the other end of the phone just gave me the Hertz 800 number and told me to take it up with them.

Hertz car rental at the Brookfield, CO airport stranded me and my family in the middle of a cold, dark Colorado night. They forgot to deliver the car to the Sheltair, FBO pickup spot. When I called customer service they hung up on me. These incompetents risked my, and my family’s lives, tonight. Terrible. Will never use them again.

I have had no issues renting from this location. The staff have been very helpful, and professional. Would recommend as it is almost half the price of renting at the airport!

We rented a car and determined by the time we got to Colorado Springs from Broomfield that something was wrong with the car. The entire panel on the dash has blinking red lights that was hard to see with the sun and the dash itself. We had no cruise on a long trip. When we returned the car we old them that we determined that there was a crack at the top of the windshield that is connected to component that reads everything one the car. We never had a rock or anything hit the windshield while we were driving only to determine that the damage was done prior to us renting the car. Months later they filed a claim against our insurance company and now we are out $600. They made us pay for something that we didn’t do. We will never rent from these people again. Horrible service

Never again will I rent with Hertz. Had to use hertz last week. The car that i was in, the check engine light came on. I called 7, yes, 7 different times to get another rental. Was promised several times that I would get a call back. Never got a call back. I did the survey after the rental and requested a call back. it has been a week, and still no call back. If they treat their paying customers this poorly, I can only imagine how poorly they maintain their fleet.

I would give zero stars if I could. Used points to rent, the online portion messed up and it didn't use my points. I asked multiple times when I picked the car up and they told me it was fine, I would be using points for the rental. The site charged me 1000 and is refusing to do anything. The branch manager Zane is awful. He seems to think allowing me to use my points is 'giving money to me'. Complete garbage, I'll probably never use Hertz again. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, this is the most shady Hertz location. Asked for the regional manager to follow up and I have yet to get a response from him or the gold member customer service number.

I would give zero stars if I could! I had a guaranteed reservation only to be told by the manager I have to pay $60. More a day because they only have premium cars left. I was questioning how this could happen and was hung up on! The manager is Josh Garcia, this is how he treats lifelong gold plus members!

I would hope to have had a better experience but the staff made it difficult for us to enjoy using Hertz. 3 major problems at this location.1. The staff did not allow us to extend our reservation because they told me they would loose money.2. They charged us for an extra driver which cost us an extra $120.( it was just for my wife while her car is being repaired) the agent told us we had to have it because there was two of us and did not disclose to us the additional charges. We had to find out abojt the additional charges when we got our final bill! Unbelievable if you ask me.3. They refused to help us after the fact a mistake was made on their end and not willing to let us keep the rate we had from the beginning. They are not interested in helping the customer.The vehicle had dents in it prior so we made sure to take a 360 video and pictures. The vehicle drove fine according to my wife. Pick up and return was fine.I do not recommend this location. Sketchy business dealings here. If you do make sure you get an itemized report before checking the car out. They will scam you. Not to mention customer service still has not responded to us . It's been 5 days.
