They were both very polite , patient and gave me various options to look at and were very attentive on details and the visions I had . Usually very happy with Helzberg customer service and the products. I've bought jewelery from here for over a decade and a half. Been having my wife's wedding band serviced through Helzberg for over 10 years. Our pleasurable customer service run ended with one phone call. Before leaving for a two week vacation my wife called on the status of her repair to see if it happened to be ready early, which it often has been and got a very rude and jerky response from the customer service rep full of arrogant and condescending tone to a simple question. A simple " sorry, it's still being serviced" would have been fine vs making her feel bad for wasting his precious time.
