“I haven't set foot in this store since they changed things around inside. It is different, but works well. I came in this evening to just look around. I was in the area and needed to go to a business nearby. When I was done, I figured why not stop in at the good ol' Ace. I'm glad I did. I'm telling you folks, if you want to shop at Ace, then come here to this store. I did see many new items I would like to buy for the holidays this year. As always, I was greeted well, and checked on from time to time by associates. Good to see customer service is excellent here as always. Just wanted to say I'm glad to see things here going well. Now that I have reason to come to this area of town again for other business purposes, I will be shopping at this Ace again for many things as well.”
“I stopped by for a propane refill and there was a guy outside who met me within half a minute. He was very helpful and even taught me something new about propane valves. I ran inside for some fasteners and the staff helped me find exactly what I needed. Great neighborhood store!”

“I ordered mega press parts from the Greeley, Co. location. When I went to pick up my parts, they were rude, disrespectful, lazy, vaping at the counter, ordered the wrong parts then accused me of everything that went wrong. After one of them said, " you're killing me!", I left. I am a combat veteran of 4 wars, so his statement made me very mad. I called the Louisville location. They apologized for Greeley, researched to be sure I got the correct parts, called me right back, called me right when my parts came in, and treated me like I was the most important person in the room. These guys are an excellent rep for an excellent company.”

I’ve been going to this harbor freight for about 2 years now and have never left disappointed. The customer service is fantastic, whether that when I’m checking out or just asking a question about an item. When I’ve gone in to warranty a tool it takes all but a couple of minutes, super fast and easy. I also recently got a tool box from them and the process couldn’t have been better. Arrived in a timely manner and when they were loading it into my truck they took great care of it and was super careful with my truck!”

What!?We came across this place looking for lumber to custom finish our mudroom. Kirk greeted us when we walked in and helped us find every single thing we needed, along with so much informative knowledge. Kirk really set us up for success and taught me so much! “5 stars because I usually have a wonderful time! I go out of my way to go to this store over another because I adore the people who work here. They are usually very smart, incredibly helpful, and really quick! They carry everything I need and I had previously never had an issue. Today I had an absurdly uncomfortable issue with a cashier, though, who was very nice to the people in front of me but then would only scowl at me. She tried to refuse my coupons, attempted to tell me I shouldn’t have been given them, and then scoffed and rolled her eyes at me every time I tried to talk after the managers (who were lovely) left, saying the coupons were in fact valid. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I hope I never have the misfortune of encountering her and her incredibly negative and belittling attitude again. Yikes.”
“About 2 years ago, I had an idler roller bolt that got bent on an older truck I have. I went to 3 different dealerships and none would sell me the bolt because they won’t make any money off it, and they referred me to this place. They gave me the bolt for free and to this day that bolt is still in there, and have no problems since. I would highly recommend”

“I’ve been going here for years and while everyone working there has always been nice, I never really had any stand out experiences until recently.
The new guy Raphael at the paint counter has consistently gone above and beyond for me the past few times I’ve gone in for various projects. Even when the paint counter is backed up and busy, he’s kept a calm and nice demeanor to everyone which I really appreciate.
Ive gone in several times in a very stressed mode and in a hurry, and ended up leaving in a great mood because of the positivity and conversation with Raphael!!
Hire more employees like him!! His positivity is contagious!!”
