28th and Pearl in Boulder is excellent! Have been with this bank through five iterations. Service is best it's been since it started as Heritage Bank.

Awful. This bank arbitrarily closes their lobby and drive thru, making you drive to the next location 30 min away. Sometimes that one is closed too depending on how they feel. The banking app and website are constantly under maintenance, which makes me concerned for how secure it is also. They also stopped processing the brand new PPP loans the same month they came out. Honestly, this bank is garbage. Go with a better bank if you ever want to access your money.

They will not let you cash a check from an account that is in their bank without charging you. Poor customer service.

I really liked this bank, but that was short lived. I disputed an ATM withdrawal in which the funds were not dispensed. Concerned, I moved the rest of my money to another bank. Roughly a week later, the credit was reversed and my account went negative. I tried to continue fighting it, but still lost. My account was quickly closed and sent to collections and reported to check systems. I paid the debt and still the bank will no longer have anything to do with me. It's sad that one little thing ruined it. I've emailed the CEO multiple times and he is no longer responsive (go figure).

Pat Gross is awesome. His dedication to customer service puts him above the competition.

I've banked with G.W bank for years, very personable & friendly bank. I stay with them because the bigger banks have no personal relationships with their customers anymore and generally don't know who you are when you call them for help.

I endorsed a $100 check to a friend who banks here and they wouldn't let him cash it. K had to go there in person in order for them to cash the check. This is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. They told me they don't cash third party checks. I'm glad when I read the reviews I already saw a one star rating for this bank.

Awful- my debit card was fraudulently used numerous times, in a couple of days, in two different cities (Vegas and Los Angeles), after getting skimmed and remade. The bank did not red flag these weird and numerous purchases (I did). These purchases were totaling over $5,000. After I alerted the bank and told them that these purchases were clearly not me (I live in Denver and was also making my own purchases in Denver, during the same days that the fraudulent charges were being made in two other cities), I was treated like I was the perpetrator of this horrific crime...not the victim. The bank made me feel even worse than it was to be violated as a victim. I was appalled at the bank and even told them how much I felt further violated by them. This incident was eventually taken care of by the bank (as they truly realized the charges were indeed fraudulent), but this was only one experience (of many) that were just absolutely frustrating with this bank. Worst customer service ever- the attitudes that are given, especially when they need to do their jobs above what the average daily duties are, were downright rude and unprofessional. I spent countless hours dealing with them, and most frustrating of all is that many of those hours were unnecessary and negative. Don't waste your time with this bank- you can definitely find another bank that will make your life easier...not more difficult.
