Do not use this company. Lack of customer service and they can't meet their lead times. We almost lost a job because of their lack of ability to perform. They were a month late on a PO we had with them. They ignored our requests for an update. We cancelled our PO with them and will not do business with them again.

This place was very slow. Manager of workers was very unorganized, let all his people go to eat and No one left to unload trucks.

The best place for delivery! My truck was unloaded for less than 10 minutes. Very polite service, awesome people, would love to do business with them again.

These people do not pay their bills. I would recommend that you do not do business with them unless you want to provide a free service.

I have know Bill Adams for over 20 years. He's one of the most generous people I know. Very active in his community. He and his business partner have helped dozens of Veterans and raised money to buy the Honor Guard a bus and had made up with a vinyl wrap and never ask for a thing in return.

Mr. Ofreeman48.. You place your custom order on 5-9 and wanted it by 5-13. We never agreed to a 4 day turn around. I'm not sure who you spoke to every time you tried to call, but different people answer the phone here and it's hard to believe no one would let you speak to anyone else. The only way we could have accommodated you and pushed everyone else that had ordered their custom handrail in a timely fashion was if you had prepaid, you decided not to and we still produced the handrail 4 weeks a head of our quoted lead times. We have several hundred projects in process at any given time. We only ask for one thing to drop everything to produce an order and that is prepay. We don't ask for any additional monies.

My company placed 4 orders with Golden Railings, one of which had a quick turn-around time. The internal sales representative assured us that he could meet the schedule. When the agreed upon date came we contacted the company and were told that our job had not yet started. We tried to contact the sales rep but he would not return our calls. We tried for days to get information with no response. I finally was able to reach the sales rep and he told us that they got a large, cash order so they pushed our order out. The person who answered the phone each time we called would not let us speak to anyone else in the company.
When our urgent order finally delivered, 3 weeks late, we were assessed late fees by our customer. I cancelled the other three orders as they were already late but not started.
I will not do business with them again and would not recommend doing business with them.
