I'm really impressed with the knowledge of the team at Trek Bicycle Broomfield. They were super helpful and friendly. They helped me find the right tools I needed to get my bike back in action. They had my bike back to me the next day with a new derailer and rear cassette. Awesome work!

I’ve always had good experiences here. Gary and the rest of service department have helped me out when I was in a pinch and Ian the manager has been friendly and fun to chat with. Overall a welcoming vibe and friendly staff.

The staff were so kind. The manager Ian took his time with my eleven year old son and basically taught him how to ride a bike in the parking lot. He was very calm and down to earth just what my nervous son needed. I can’t thank you enough Ian. Very happy Mama over here

The shop was very nice! The tech who worked on my bike was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The price was very competitive as well. I had my bike in for a high-level tune-up. This will be my go-to shop from now on. Definitely check these guys out!

What a great experience! As soon as I walked in Josh welcomed me to the store and helped me find the right bike. He showed me several models and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I found the right bike. The store is very organized, clean and they have a ton of inventory. Great bike shop, and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Needed two flats repaired. They took care of it immediately and suggested what thorn protection to install to minimize it happening again. I was finished in less than an hour. And they did it all with a smile!! Great experience!

Each visit to Trek Broomfield is a consistently positive experience, as the staff there is exceptionally pleasant and supportive. During my recent visit, I had several questions, which were addressed in a genuine and helpful manner, without any sales pressure. The team's dedication to customer satisfaction is truly amazing.
