If i could leave this a 0 star i would, I was incredibly frustrated to face such poor customer service. Being yelled at by an employee is completely unacceptable, and the fact that they were out of toilet paper, leaving me stranded in the bathroom, is utterly appalling. It's disappointing that a store like GNC, which should prioritize customer satisfaction, failed so miserably in providing basic facilities and respectful treatment to their patrons. Great experience every time I come here I get treated amazing treated like family shout out to the manager and staff customer service is amazing and store is very clean and has a variety of supplements for your nutritional needs

Asked a simple question and employees acted like I was interrupting them and a bother. Then gave me attitude when I checked out. I was polite with them, so I don't understand. I'd take your business elsewhere.

This guy in the comments is very right. Very low on inventory and they also won't take $100.00 bills. Very poor service .

A nice clean store, but very low in inventory. Been trying to get some vitamin C here and have both visited in person and called as a follow up to see if it came in, but it has not. I think GNC has filed for bankruptcy. Four of the eight stores in this area are now listed as closed. I would buy on their website, BUT they want to charge me $8 for shipping on a $14 item - and I only need this one item. I've been a GNC customer for ages, so this is sad to see. Hint to GNC - if you close half your stores, maybe you should double the inventory level you carry in the other ones. Time to find a new vitamin company I guess.

I like this little GNC. The staff seem knowledgeable and provide good service that is thorough and they get you in and out swiftly without rushing you. They currently are providing curb pick up and in store service. They are wearing masks and being caring of their customers as always. Thanks guys!

Place closes at 5 or 6 currently. Makes it difficult for people who work 8-5 to get in. Doesn’t quite make sense if they are trying to encourage people to come in and shop with them? Also wasn’t announced anywhere except on store window.

The store employee with the man bun and earrings is extremely rude. I've been to the store multiple times and each time, this employee isn't friendly or helpful at all. He also has little knowledge of supplements and has likely not lifted a weight in his life. Save time and money and shop elsewhere for your supplement/nutrition needs!
