WE hate to leave negative reviews but there literally was no other way to communicate with this company. We started calling and leaving messages over a week ago. No response. sent emails - no response. Tried the chat feature that keeps popping up but it just takes you to a message that says they don't have chat. Both my husband and I tried so many times to get any response. we live far from the showroom and just had a simple question about length of the beams they carry. They have wonderful reviews and we were excited to be able to order from them - but no one could even call us back after a week of phone calls and messages. Maybe they are so busy and don't need our business but wow, we were very disappointed.

Greg was amazing. I showed up 4 min before they closed for a mantel and felt pretty awful about that and Greg did nothing but make sure I was taken care of. He didn’t rush me at all or make me feel like a burden. He straightened the surfaces for free the next morning and it was ready for pickup at 9 am when he opened back up. He seemed genuinely impressed by my project and wanted to converse about it. What a great experience! Yes the wood isn’t cheap but it’s also a billion times better that what they have at Home Depot or Lowe’s (I checked both before coming here) for what I was doing. LOOK HOW LOVELY THIS IS). Thank you so much for being so welcoming and helpful. I’ll be back for the next project!

Had a great conversation with Greg, we were looking for a beam to make a mantle. He didn’t have a size we needed but said every Monday he went to storage to get more, he would email us the next week to let us know what he found. We emailed and left a voicemail after not hearing from him, 2 weeks later a woman called and asked us about the voicemail. She said this was the first she heard about it and that she would talk to Greg and get back to us. Never heard back from her either. They had some great wood, but customer service follow up was not a good experience.

Excellent experience. Several employees showed us around, explained all the different materials to us, project uses, etc. Definitely check out what they’ve done with their restroom too, super cool! Got the creative wheels spinning & We will definitely be back.

I've gone into Front Range Timber a handful of times and until now, they just provided advice. I'm excited to say that I've finally been able to spend some money at a great local business. The staff is awesome, full of advice, and don't try to understate the cost of their products and services. No surprises, just great service and huge selection of reclaimed lumber. I have no doubt I'll be going back again.
