I do not normally do reviews, but I had to this time. I had an issue with my driveshaft, and my neighbor recommended this place. I could not be more happy. Blake was over the top Awesome They immediately got me in, incredible work quality, and the best part, even though the price a quoted me was already pretty low and reasonable in my opinion, when I went to pay the bill, it was even lower by several hundred dollars. Just outstanding service, could not have taken my truck to a better place!
It’s refreshing to have a local place like this that is honest and that you can completely trust.

I was sent a coupon for full synthetic service, which turned out to not apply because of “european oil” — for which I was charged full price. No fine print. This was of course false advertising, and the marketing team can do better than waste our time, wince I get these prices at the official dealership.
The service was ok but very slow, parts (oil and filter, nothing fancy) not available and ordered in while I was there, even though I booked ahead. Again, room for improvement.
I was also not given a service sticker on the windshield.
Overall: I would say proceed with caution, call ahead and confirm part availability on site, make sure the offer pricing is real.

Blake - the manager - provides excellent customer service. I have switched from another auto repair shop to here and have brought my cars and my kids cars and they have been fantastic. They are very customer service oriented, have great communications skills, and are reasonably priced. I am very happy so far.

I just got done with an oil change here. Got their mailer for the full synthetic oil change for $52.99 (why not right?) That's cheaper than I can do it at home honestly or the same cost when you add in the extra quart of oil, the filter, and time.
This is no longer the Roadmaster location it once was (although I think they may still be under the same umbrella. )I think it is maybe different leadership, and they are looking to rebrand and offer a high level of service with integrity. So much so that when I was reviewing and discussing reviews the manager jumped online and started responding to old reviews that predated when they took over the shop. Because he offers good service, with integrity. That's a business I can stand behind. I would have only given four stars because honestly I only got oil change however it wasn't inexpensive, speedy, and overall a great experience. Also worth noting I normally do my own oil but at that price why not. I do not own a car that I got the oil changed on I'm currently on the hunt. I've been comparing several different brands and have never mind search to Infinity and Lexus. I was giving some pretty sage advice related to the comparison of those two vehicles which has going to help me make my ultimate decision for free again because they wanted to act with integrity and offer good business. This advice was given to me freely and without hesitation, those type of thing is matter to me and that is what really does create good service in my opinion. That earned another star for me. That in the fact that the free coffee they had were: Black Rifle (which is veteran owned and I wholly support those types of companies.), Peet's, and Green mountain coffee (which also want a few points for this New England born man.) I mentioned this because oftentimes a free coffee selection in a place that is offering low cost oil changes is going to be less than desirable it's typically going to be your Kroger or Walmart brand generic K-Cups or maybe just some dunk inner yeah some other generic junk but they had the good stuff once again those little things matter to me. If you're reading the previous experience is it this location in the older reviews predating when they took ownership over, I might think twice. Go in and talk to them. I gave my business to this company and I will again thanks, for the solid service.

I brought in my 2016 Subaru Forester to have the underarm control repaired/replaced. Blake did an excellent job with the repair and his customer service was top knotch. He followed up the next day to see how everything was running. I was able to let him know of other issues and he resolved perfectly the next day.

Very positive experience. Started work on vehicle as scheduled. Discovered numerous parts worn out, showed me the parts in relation to position, and replaced worn parts at part cost with no additional labor as the components were all in scope of work being performed. Even when unforeseeable issue with a broken bolt arose the technician stayed a bit late to make sure truck was finished and returned before end of day.

I can’t say enough good things about this place, but mostly Blake. He was honest and fast and even held my Jeep for me until I could come retrieve it.
Thank You America’s Auto tire and of coarse Blake, thank you for taking care of my ride and making it safe to drive again:)

This shop is awesome. I was in a bind and needed my tire patched on short notice, near the end of the workday. They got me in and out in no time and were super helpful.

My car was not starting, and this shop diagnosed the issue (my fuel had been siphoned at the airport parking lot) and made sure there were no other problems, including driving the car at highway speeds. They charged a fair price for the amount of time they spent, and unlike other auto shops they did not have a $100+ charge for doing a computer diagnostic (just the labor charge).

This review is for the Roadmasters in Northglenn. I've taken my Jeep there a few times - I should have learned my lesson after the fuel pump they replaced went out (leaving me stranded) 13 months after it was put in (guess when the warranty expired - 12 months). But they were always sooo nice that I didn't question the price or compare (totally my bad). However, the last time I was in and requested to check brakes and oil change ($200 by the way for oil change) - they quoted me and were ready to schedule brakes for almost $1500. Yes - you read that right. Thank goodness I didn't go through with it but did take the Jeep to the shop about 50 feet from Roadmasters - $345.00. If you are a single woman who is trusting and believe this place has your best interest at heart - they do not. Also, don't be naive like I was and do your homework about pricing. Whatever you do - do NOT take your car here because they have no problem smiling at you while ripping you off at the same time.

Sad, disturbing, embarrassing, and pathetic... I suspect there is a tracking device on my vehicle and this "man" said he doesn't want anything to do with it. Yes, that really just happened.
