A shoe store that doesn't let you try on both shoes at the same time. Apparently it's because they assume everyone that comes in the store is a potential thief instead of a paying customer. Even if you stand at the register. We won't be going back there ever.

The manager was extremley rude when trying to return a pair of UNWORN shoes due to receival of deffected item. Such a terrible experience there. So much discrimination from every staff member.

Rude employees. Cheap quality shoes. Tried to return a pair because I received them creased and they wouldn’t even think twice about refunding the defected item. Terrible experience. Don’t recommend !!!

Great experience today at the grand opening of the newly renovated JD Sports. They switched from Finishline to JD sports which is MUCH NICER! Employees were very helpful and nice! Cannot wait to come back!

We went to get My son some new shoes today. Employees where not helping him. Then when one finally did come to help him. Was very Rude. This is second time we tried here with same luck. If your Employees don't like working with the public. Maybe this isn't the right job for them. We did go else where to get My son his Jordan's.

I went and bought my son a pair of Nikes today and the guy helping us was amazing. He was very patient and kind. Xander and Tyler were the young men helping us. Great customer service. We will definitely be back.

My Son entered their Raffle for a pair of lost and found AJ ones - I entered as well, was called by the Store - told he had won - but when we got there they’d sold them already - - store manager was going to make it right - never got a call from him - ghosted - that was supposed to be my Christmas present…

Definitely one of the better finish line stores I’ve been to and a lot of that is in thanks to one their sales associates. Chris was so helpful and knowledgeable. Never showed any annoyance with how many times I changed my mind. That makes for an excellent shopping experience!
