I'm not sure what all the negative reviews for this location are all about. I'm quite pleased with the support I've gotten from Fidelity; I had to go to this local branch since I was having trouble with a transfer and they were able to get it resolved in like 10 minutes.The corporate phone support is amazing and I've always gotten really knowledgeable and friendly staff, but unfortunately I had to go into the physical office for my particular issue. I was dreading it, based on reviews, but it was easy and fast! The man who helped me was efficient and professional.I will say there is a bit of a soul-less vibe there and I wish it felt more like they care about their customers personally. Will definitely continue using phone support when needed, but good to know there are local resources to lean on.

Are yall ever going to call back or follow through with getting me all of my saving i put away while in the military or what?Update. Been over another week. No returned calls or emails. Have been spending my lunches on 20 minute hold times before i give up. Over a month ago the employee here insured everything was complete and taken care of. Still have not received my investments from the military. Have lost opportunities to buy a home because of this.
