If you have settled here, that means you have not done enough research. There are tons of better places with better reviews that you can trust with investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, and employee benefit programs.
Why invest your time here? Even the property owner Elizabeth Grasmick has zero concern about other and has displayed horrible communication skills. Would you want your future in the hands of someone like that. She is a reflection of the company, so you know what sort of true customer service you will be getting in the long run. Your future is counting on you today to make wise décisions. Today you now have the knowledge to do so.

We recently moved my parents investments from Edward Jones to Fidelity and received great support from our financial advisor Keven Coe in Broomfield, CO. There were several issues to manage through and he stuck with us until everything was resolved. What I appreciated most is that he listened to what we wanted to do then guided us in that direction instead of pushing any type of standard corporate agenda. His level of expertise and customer service increased my confidence in Fidelity as an organization.

Do not do business with Fidelity! Their app takes low quality images of checks that issuing banks will reject. I used their app to deposit a check and then invested the money. Several days later the image of the check was rejected by the issuing bank. Fidelity forced the sale of my investments at a significant loss and charged commissions to do so. Fidelity is terrible!

Fidelity has been an incredible organization, with amazingly brilliant, caring people! My advisor Carey has been more than amazing to work with he answered all my questions, asked me questions and made sure I was on the BEST path out there! I would definitely recommend him!

I'm not sure what all the negative reviews for this location are all about. I'm quite pleased with the support I've gotten from Fidelity; I had to go to this local branch since I was having trouble with a transfer and they were able to get it resolved in like 10 minutes.The corporate phone support is amazing and I've always gotten really knowledgeable and friendly staff, but unfortunately I had to go into the physical office for my particular issue. I was dreading it, based on reviews, but it was easy and fast! The man who helped me was efficient and professional.I will say there is a bit of a soul-less vibe there and I wish it felt more like they care about their customers personally. Will definitely continue using phone support when needed, but good to know there are local resources to lean on.
