FedEx has gone WAY downhill. Drivers do not follow instructions, even after I spoke directly with him twice. They have dumped horribly damaged packages behind my house repeatedly. WE are at our wits end and can't get anyone on the phone to discuss it. FedEx sucks.

FedEx is the absolute worst!!! They forge signature packages and dump them on the porch of the wrong address smh so incompetent. They take zero responsibility for their actions and it make it next to impossible to talk to someone I hope they go out of business

Just like most delivery services, except daily mail delivery and Amazon delivery...they rarely deliver on the stated times and dates.
