Not a full service location, they cannot process returns where you only have a QR code on your phone. Lady behind the desk was helpful other than that - not her fault!

I called them and was told yes I could drop off my prelabeled boxes. I took off work and went there and upon getting to the desk they they told me my boxes were too big to take there. It would have been nice to know this prior. One thinks if fed ex delivered them they would take them back. They were over by inches..poor customer service
