Fed ex: “it’s on a trailer and we can’t touch it till tomorrow”
Me: “hold it for me here”
Fed ex: “ it will be ready for pickup tomorrow at 9am”
Next day
Me: “here for my package”
Fed ex: “sorry it’s on a truck”
2pm later that day
No emailed I just was checking all morning: available in broomfeild no location
At broomfeild location
Fed ex: its its at the Westminster location
Drive to Westminster location
Fed ex: “it’s not in our system”
Me: “broomfeild locations said it’s here”
Fed ex: “ well it’s not here, who said it was here”
Me: “broomfeild location and the person on the phone”
Fed ex lady gets on phone. Will possible update later when this mess is done.

I went to this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center to drop off a return package. I was skeptical because the company did not accept returns in person at their retail location, so I wasn't too surprised that the barcode they sent me didn't work at first. I was about to give up. Thank goodness Rhonda made sure to leave no stone unturned. She found the shipping label in my email and got my return all taken care of. I was so glad she was there to help me out today. Thanks, Rhonda!

Wow, what a refreshingly amazing experience with Ryan at the Fedex Copy Center in Walmart. I wasn't expecting much after reading the reviews, but he was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I went in to see if they could print a sign for me and I was presented with multiple choices and recommendations based on exactly what I was using it for. It's nice to know stellar customer service isn't dead! Thank you Ryan!

Was very surprised to find FedEx inside Walmart. It is very convenient. Rhonda was very friendly and helped me with my return.

Its 2:25pm on Saturday 5/14/22. Store should be open and it's not. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location. I even came back as the sign hung on the door says they'll return at 2:15pm.

This store is always closed was after the time it's supposed to be open and way before time to close et me hive u am example I. Went to drop a package off at 535 sign said close back tomorrow at 10. Really I work during the day this was a close place to do my shipping. Wil find a ups store closer to me. This has really bad management.
