Don’t get me wrong, they’re nice people that work there. Unfortunately they’re really incompetent in regards to knowing the worth of and item. I was offered $50 for an unused $500 paintball marker. The girl was confused on what to quote me, so she asked the guy next to her and he glanced at the item and said $50. I laughed at him and he said when they had paintball stuff and it took forever to sell. I told him the original price of my item and he said they do 50 cents to every dollar. That didn’t add at all. Truthfully I feel pawn shops are outdated and people should use Facebook market place to sell items properly. Oh and after glancing around, they only sell junk or they markup items like gaming consoles really bad. Long story short if you’re looking to pawn something to them for quick cash, they won’t give you what your items are actually worth.

I came in this weekend to buy an IPad Air for school and MaryJane is such an angel. 10/10 experience with her, she was so nice and helpful. I had a few issues with some of the accessories but this pawn shop was extremely accommodating, they made sure everything worked out great for me. Highly recommend this pawn shop!

Joe was super helpful and opened my watch to change a battery even though they don't officially work on watches, the pawn shop next door was going to charge me $25 (I bought 10 watch batteries for $6) Great shop, much better than the pawn shop next door.

I came in as a customer and I stood there waiting for a good while before the only other customer that was there being helped asked the staff member if he needed to help me and the staff member replied, "no it's just a homeless person." Indeed I am, but I am still a person and I also happened to have been a paying customer. Homeless people aren't inherently bad people, some truly are in bad situations to no fault of their own. Judging by some of these other reviews, the people who work here aren't exactly role models for morality and virtue. It's truly sad when businesses don't realize the impact they have on the community.

This is the first time I've walked in to buy a gun and ran into not one, but two very helpful guys that didn't treat me like I was wasting their time. Highly recommend them and I will be buying from here more often.

Pawn shops are used equipment as we all know, I bought a ps4 it had some issues and I had gotten the warranty, joe went above and beyond to make everything right. I feel like it honestly couldn’t have gone any better getting everything fixed. Joe went above and beyond. Maryjane is new but she’s learning quick and knows it’s better to ask someone that knows the answer instead of just bulls******* and hoping to make a sale like some other shops in town tend to do.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I walked in and the place was Smokey and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The person I attempted to speak with wouldn't let me get a word out. I do NOT recommend coming here especially with kids.

The staff there is extremely helpful. I sold a firearm to a friend in another state and they were able to transfer it for me with no issues. They take the time to explain things to you and don't rush you like some places. They are very personable and have a great attitude. As far as the firearms section goes, I would highly recommend this business.
